For anyone asking these familiar questions, consider this a sign from the universe to SAVE YOURSELF AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.
We were greeted by a pile of fingernail clippings on the bed and it was all downhill from there. They don’t even have their own staff so you need to contact the Marriott next door for any needs. Everything in this dive is straight out of the 1950s. Archaic decor, dilapidated furniture, tobacco-stained walls and more. They might be able to keep this place afloat if they open a gift shop and fully embrace the horror attraction that this place is. I would have gladly shoveled out $20 for a “I survived the Rosemont Suites” t-shirt.

Room was clean. Was a bit noisy on the floor. Not a bad choice for a cheap room near the casino.

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. The smell of this place is horrid. It's the 21st century. Why are there still smoking hotels for such a disgusting habit? Even the non-smoking section smells like a chain smoker, with 20 years of stench embedded into every square inch of the property. If you have asthma or are sensitive to smoke, you will absolutely suffer. There is no air movement, the rooms are not as advertised, and on top of that, you feel like you are staying in Jeffery Dhamer's room. PLEASE, if you respect yourself, pay more money to never spend a second in this "hotel."

Check in was extremely confusing. The bell at the front does nothing and the phone number goes to a voicemail that seems to be unmonitored. Once we went to the hotel next door to check in, which we found out to do via reviews we got our keys promptly and went to the hotel.
Immediately opening the door to the lobby it smelled like cigarettes and some sort of smoke odor eliminating spray. Okay no problem as long as the room is non-smoking. We went to room 106 and what greeted us is what my friends and I have deemed the worst hotel room they'd ever experienced. The smell... Omg the smell. Think 75% humidity for an extended period of time with zero air movement. The smell of musty air and mold was absolutely piercing with a nice accompanyment of cigarette smoke. Non-smoking room right lol. The carpet was damp as the bathroom was due to the leaking toilet.
When alerted, the Marriott stated they could spray some odor eliminating spray in there. Uh, okay if you say so. When we returned later that night it smelled somehow more overbearing? It was significantly worse.
When we went to the front desk and confronted them regarding the conditions the night manager flat out stated that he wasn't surprised that we were complaining and that this is what we should expect for $200 a night. The audacity to want a smoke-free, non-musty room for $200 a night I know.
In the end I did get a refund. I just don't understand how they can list a room that is arguably condemnable as vacant. Stay away, run.

What Hotel don't got elevator well this one!!!we had a handicapped person with us and they had us on the second floor and had the switche us to the first floor and put us in a dirty room. Who does that but they did have somebody come clean it up while we left to go to the casino. So thank you for that and you should give my lady back some of her 🤑💰 for her trouble
