Great hotel, with newly remodeled rooms (before it becomes a Hilton branded hotel) and fantastic staff. Have been staying there repeatedly for business and will continue to do so. It's a shame some of the room decor is starting to fall apart already on such a new hotel.
Just a great place to stay for business, or, if you're planning to shop at the galleria.

Just checked in not impressed at all with this property, Bonvoy members be aware no benefits at all $29. Plus tax to park $20 for breakfast and all of these charges supposedly just to be near the Galleria for what you pay for hotel guests are totally being taken advantage of and yhe owners of the hotel have nothing to be proud of in this place oat all or in their business decisions.

Attended a 2-day seminar there but did not check in. The function/meeting rooms are pretty much standard. The lunch served on both days were very good. The service staff was efficient and cordial. Although the hotel's location was easily accessible from the main road, getting to their parking garage at the back entails going through some tight spaces and turns. Good thing the day parking was free though.

Clean and good location. Upgraded my floor due to renovations so got a nice view of the city. Even with the renovations, it was clean and welcoming. Staff were all pleasant. Would stay again.

This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be let down.
Hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my vacation the entire front office crew are rockstars each person I dealt with was kind, helpful and accommodating. The night manager even followed up on a request I had submitted that he thought had gone unanswered.. The housekeeping crew was nice as well. I will be back next month.. renovations are currently going on not a deal breaker also the renovated rooms are pretty sleek. I didn't try out the breakfast or bar this trip maybe next time

Charles at the front desk was so very helpful and patient. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with all the necessities. Parking was gated and secure, check in and check out was easy.

Nice hotel, but a little older. The reason I gave it a 2 is because I could hear the guy next door to me through the wall snoring and I didnt get a good night sleep. I didnt have to pay for parking, however there is a ticket booth posted $29 for overnight parking.

Went through 4 floors and vending machines were either shut down or drinks sold out. Extra $30 for parking on top of what you pay for the room, ridiculous.... Nice enough rooms though.

This hotel was very nice! The location was amazing, literally right by The Galleria. Our room was big, and I loved how there was a separate seating area and bedroom. The windows were big with a great view as well! Everything was clean and smelled nice. The parking garage fee kind of sucked, but it's to be expected in a big city area like this.

The front desk attendant was super personable and helpful. The 'coffee station' (if you could call it that) up front in the morning was below average. There clearly wasn't someone attending to it frequently, so it was dirty, missing cup lids and just not appetizing.

Location and the suite room. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Many things did not work in the room- table lamps, clock ( did not keep time But alarm went twice in the middle of the night), sink dripped, toilet handle would stick, TV remote. Management did address these issues.

The room was nice if a bit dated oh but wait my sink broke (pipes burst and faucet stuck on) night 1 and despite the "engineers" trying was not fixed and he worked through my in room meal. Hotel employee and rude employees who talk down to guests and when you meet the hotel manager you immediately understand why. Watch out for the $150 per night non-refundable pet cleaning fee.

I like the Sheraton brand I'm a Bonvoy member and was a SPG & Marriott Rewards member for many years. I requested a room on the Club Level with no adjoining doors. I got a room with an adjoining door that was not on the Club Level. The front desk staff did not hear me at all.
