Nos encantó este hotel. Atención perfectamente en Español y aun así en portugués se les entendía perfectamente! Genial organizado todo en cuanto a medidas anti Covid. Nos encantó también la escuela de surf, profesores muy profesionales y encantadores y además tienen descuento para la gente que se aloja en el hotel. Volveremos sin duda !!

Única falha ao me ver foi o pequeno almoço, esperava mais. Porém mediante o que estamos vivendo é compreensível que estejam muito preocupadas com a higiene e desinfectar tudo. Com tudo quarto muito bom, cama confortável, casa de banho ótima, toalhas.. piscina interior ótima!

Fuimos fin de semana de Reyes. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Baño pequeño pero aceptable. El hotel muy bien por dentro, moderno y acogedor. El buffet de la cena un poco escaso, pero en general relación calidad-precio muy buena. Volveríamos sin duda.

Hotel modesto, sem requintes; o suficiente para dormir. Piscina média agradável (interior) e pequeno almoço OK. Pontos a salientar: 1) Jacuzzi fora de serviço. 2) Depois de dormir, acordei com vários borbulhas o que me leva a crer que o lençol não foi devidamente lavado. 3) É necessário pagar pelos roupões e toucas (1,5€ e 3€ por unidade, respetivamente). 4) Por vezes, notei cheiros desagradáveis nos corredores. Penso que, de facto, o hotel merece a classificação de 3 estrelas. Respeita tudo o que é pedido e staff simpático.

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Portugal. El hotel es moderno con piscina climatizada y otros servicios. Puedes tomar una copa antes o después de cenar. Tanto la cena como el desayuno, son muy completos. Gran calidad en la comida. El personal del hotel, son muy amables, atentos y agradables. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y bonitas. El baño está reformadoy es muy amplio. Se puede ir con animales de compañía y además te dan un pequeño regalo.

Only a 3 star hotel?? Don’t let the stars fool you- this hotel is great! The rooms are big and the bean bags in them are adorable! The pool is very nice and the pool table is cool. Definitely enjoyed!

My husband and I were very underwhelmed by this hotel. It looks lovely in pictures but when you get there the customer service and finishing touches could be improved.
Firstly we were on our honeymoon and had written this in the comments section of the hotel booking. We were hoping there might be something special when we arrived but there was nothing and not even a mention from staff when we checked in.
The hotel felt like it was newly built and had not settled yet. We arrived to our room and the shower seal was not tight and there was a puddle of water on the floor from a previous use. This made it feel like it hadn't been cleaned properly as the cleaners had missed it. It then continued to leak every time we had a shower. I don't really see how this wasn't raised.
There was also no ash tray on the balcony but there was a glasses case left by a previous guest which hadn't been cleared so I used that as an ashtray!
You had to use a swimming cap to use the indoor pool which you had to purchase. We did so, but on using the pool saw that it was being used for a diving lesson and they were spitting in the water. We didn't really see the point of using a swim cap when thats going on and didn't really want to go in with divers in there with masks. Wasted our money on the swimming caps after waiting for the divers to leave and then only spending 10 minutes in the pool.
The staff were fairly good but we had a few occasions where things were not clear or we wanted things arranged (like a massage which was advertised) and they seemed to show obvious annoyance at us rather than showing good customer service.
On a positive point the hotel was stylish but it just lacked character. I think it needs some added attention to be classed as high quality. Attention to detail needs to be improved.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great at 100 meters from beach. The interior pool was very good. The room was big, good for families with one child. The breakfast was good with good variety. Next to hotel is a surf school and the beach is good for practicing surf.
