"The Franklin" é uma bela propriedade cheia de nostalgia histórica. Embora seja pequeno, é embalado com conforto. As camas são extraordinariamente confortáveis. Ele está situado em uma ótima localização, perto de tudo. O metrô fica a apenas um quarteirão de distância. A equipe, especialmente Jéssica, fez o possível para garantir que minha esposa e eu tivéssemos tudo de que precisávamos. Estou ansioso para ficar aqui novamente na próxima vez que estiver na cidade.

"The Franklin" is a beautiful property full of historic nostalgia. While it's small, it's packed with comfort. The beds are extraordinarily comfortable. It's nestled in a great location, close to everything. The subway is only a block away. The staff, especially Jessica, went out of their way to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed. I'm looking forward to staying here again the next time I'm in the City.

I stayed for one night while visiting a nearby relative and chose the King size room for more space. It was immaculate. The staff were courteous and friendly. My two beefs were a bathroom that could use some repairs and street noise. But these are in no way deal breakers. The property's small size makes access very easy. This is a relic from a different era that is an oasis in the neighborhood.

Cute boutique hotel right in the middle of upper Eastside. It's cozy and small but also right in the middle of everything.
Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Definitely a great place to check out and relax.

This hotel is a perfect hidden gem in the upper East side. It's recently renovated boutique style added to the charm. The rooms are clean, comfortable, good sized, and adorable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The parking garage next store was perfect. Excellent location. I couldn't be more pleased, especially for the price.

Un lugar pequeño pero con encanto. Espacios pequeños, pero no agobiantes. No es un buen sitio para ir para gente que lleve mucho equipaje. El desayuno no es gran cosa, pero sirve para poder comer algo antes de salir a pasear. El ascensor es lo más pintoresco del lugar. Para lo ruidoso que es NY, no hemos escuchado ningún ruido en toda la noche. El Wi-Fi funciona correctamente.

Está en una buena zona, en un bonito barrio, con muchas tiendas locales cerca y excelentes comunicaciones por metro. Con 2 paradas diferentes a solo una calle. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y anticuadas pero están bien, y relacion calidad/precio están bien para lo que es NY.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, muy antiguo, caro. El armario de la habitación es casi inexistente, problemas con la ducha, mantenimiento muy mejorable. Eso sí el personal muy amable. Desayuno aceptable pero no tienen leche caliente
