Such a unique hotel in a stunning location for a reasonable price. Our stay was wonderful, especially with staffers texting us to check on us and treating us for a special birthday weekend. Loved the building, Tower Club, and overall experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The experience is unique with mobile check-in and no actual lobby, but I really enjoyed it. The amenities were exceptional, with the best coffee I've ever had in a hotel room.

This place was awesome! If you’re looking for a place to stay with walking distance EVERYTHING… this is the place for you! The rooms are very clean and the kitchen is such a plus! I loved the coffee shop in the lobby! Check in, Parking and Check out was a breeze! Super easy and super quick! The key fobs to enter the room and hotel makes you feel safer than most places!! I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone!

The room is very roomy with a washer and dryer. Bed is very comfortable and the shower is awesome....room for two :-) It was a very secured building including it being staffed until the late late night. The staff downstairs was extremely helpful and made the stay even better. Wish there was a swimming pool, but other than that the amenities were great. The restaurant on the 48th floor was awesome with lots of photo opportunities and the staff even helped. Be prepared to take a lot of different elevators, but once you get the hang of it, it is easy.

Fantastic room, views and customer service! The room was clean and beautiful. Love that it had a kitchen and living area separate from the bedroom. Bathroom was roomy and gorgeous! Had a luggage rack, extra towels, and so much more room than a hotel room for about the same price. Great communication before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this place if you plan to spend most of your time downtown and/or Uber places. They provide a physical room key that is in your room when you arrive (in addition to the mobile key that you can access by downloading their app on your phone). I would take this with you just in case - particularly if you plan to stay out late. We had to use this key to get back into the building after a late night, so just a heads up. If you are on the fence, you should definitely give this place a try!

Superb hotel experience. The one bedroom apartment we rented was clean, updated, spacious and modern. The views of Dallas were amazing as were the amenities. Do not be put off by the initial check in on line. It was out of the ordinary, but incredibly efficient. Once you check in a day or two prior to arrival you will receive a text when your room is ready on the day along with a code to enter the building and room. All went according to instructions. We never saw any staff, but they were always there via text when we needed anything or had questions. We received responses immediately and they were very helpful with recommendations for area. We would stay at the Guild again in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone.

Apartamentos absolutamente bonitos. Muito limpo, bem decorado, ótimo serviço e uma equipe muito simpática. Eles têm um lindo restaurante e clube só para membros, The Tower Club, onde almoçamos. A única coisa é que está em um prédio de banco comercial, o Edifício do Banco Santander, foi um pouco estranho encontrá-lo, mas quando você está lá, é absolutamente lindo. Eles também têm espaço de trabalho e área tipo lobby em cada andar para desfrutar. Altamente recomendado.

Apartamentos absolutamente hermosos. Muy limpio, muy bien equipado, gran servicio y personal muy amable. Tienen un hermoso restaurante y club exclusivo para miembros, The Tower Club, donde disfrutamos del almuerzo. Lo único es que está en el edificio de un banco comercial, el edificio del Banco Santander, fue un poco extraño encontrarlo, pero una vez dentro, es absolutamente hermoso. También cuentan con espacio de trabajo Co y área tipo lobby en cada piso para disfrutar. Altamente recomendado.

Absolutely beautiful apartments. Very clean, beautifully appointed, great service and very friendly staff. They have a beautiful members-only restaurant and club, The Tower Club, where we enjoyed lunch. The only thing is it’s in a commercial bank building, the Santander Bank Building, do it was a little odd finding it, but once you’re in, it’s absolutely beautiful. They also have Co working space and lobby type area on each floor to enjoy. Highly recommend.
