A equipe foi literalmente a melhor parte, e foi um lugar tão lindo! Meus amigos bartending, Junior e Miguel, SOOOOO doce. serviço muito fenomenal e rapazes incrivelmente amigáveis. O guarda de segurança David ajudou muito com minhas malas e a chave do quarto quando tive alguns problemas. Eles realmente foram acima e além para atendimento ao cliente. Um motorista de transporte Travis também foi tão amigável e útil quando fomos para a cidade durante o dia !! A equipe da recepção foi acolhedora e gentil. E eu não poderia esquecer a maravilhosa equipe de cozinha e garçons do restaurante do resort !! A energia era literalmente tudo que eu precisava na minha vida. LOVED IT!The staff literally was the best part, and it was such a beautiful spot! My bartending friends, Junior and Miguel, SOOOOO sweet. very phenomenal service and incredibly friendly guys. Security Guard David, helped out so much with my bags and my room key when i had some trouble. They really went above and beyond for customer service. A shuttle driver Travis was also so friendly and helpful when we went into town for the day!! The front desk staff was accommodating and kind. And I couldn’t forget about the wonderful kitchen staff and servers in the restaurant on the resort!! The energy was literally everything i needed in my life. I would love to come visit Belize and stay at this resort just so I can see everyone again and make even more incredible memories. Was so sad to leave ): Expect me again though! Especially you junior, MORE KAMIKAZE SHOTS PLEASE

Lugar absolutamente lindo com uma equipe maravilhosa para combinar com a mesma energia. Ficamos em uma suíte king com varanda e vista para o mar. Quase tudo foi ótimo. A única coisa é que queríamos que o quarto tivesse outra cadeira e que a cama fosse um pouco maior. Definitivamente voltaria e eu recomendaria definitivamente.

Belo resort com quartos muito confortáveis e espaçosos. Tínhamos uma sala de estar, cozinha completa e quarto separado com um grande banheiro e banheira de hidromassagem. A área da piscina era ótima com um bar aquático e boa comida. O café da manhã que tomamos era delicioso ... pargo frito e ovos com frutas frescas. Um pouco fora da cidade, mas em uma localização maravilhosa, eles vão levá-lo em 20 minutos de carro até o centro de Placencia.

Beautiful resort with really comfortable and spacious rooms. We had a living room, full kitchen and separate bedroom with a large bathroom and jetted bathtub. The pool area was great with a swim up bar and great food. The breakfast we had was delicious...fried red snapper and eggs with fresh fruit. A bit out of town but in a wonderful location and they will shuttle you the 20 minutes drive into downtown Placencia.

Absolutely beautiful place with wonderful staff to match that same energy. We stayed in a king suite with the balcony and sea view. Just about everything was great. The only thing is that we wished the room had another chair and that the bed was a little bigger. Would definitely return and i would definitely recommend.

We stayed here with a big group for a wedding and considering it’s a pretty remote location, the staff went above and beyond expectations. They work extremely hard and are so personable. We had the best time here. Very clean and peaceful. Oh and also the best massage of my life!!

Pésimo servicio. Comida malísima. Servicio de marina pesimo. Cobran $153 de muellaje y $150 de electricidad por 12 horas. Brian el Dock master es un insolente. Es un robo. La peor marina que me he quedado en mi vida, adicionalmente el agua bien picada.Como han de tener varias reseñas malas no las publican abiertamente. Mi molestia principal es con el cobro de energía eléctrica de 12 horas a un valor de $150. Es un verdadero robo!!! me imagino esa es la razón que la marina esta siempre vacía y muy mal mantenida. Como no podemos publicar libremente nosotros somos propietarios de varias empresas en Rio Dulce y vamos a publicar lo sinverguenzas y mal trato del que fuimos sujetos.
