O quarto estava tão frio 🥶 pedir para acender o aquecimento duas vezes, mas ainda estava frio. O quarto estava ok, eles têm café, chá, chocolate no lobby isso é uma coisa boa. O pessoal é simpático e tenta ajudar. Em resumo, vale a pena o dinheiro gasto.

La habitación estaba tan fría. Pida fuego, la calefacción dos veces, pero todavía estaba fría. La habitación estaba bien, tienen café, té, chocolate en el vestíbulo, eso es bueno. El personal es agradable y trata de ayudar. En resumen, vale la pena el dinero.

The room was so cold 🥶 ask for fire the heating twice but it was still cold. The room was ok, they have coffee, tea, Chocolate in the lobby that’s a good thing. The staff is nice and try to help. In resume it worth the money.

Ótima localização em Lincoln Park. Não muito longe da estação L e localizado em um bairro tranquilo. Cerca de um quilômetro ao sul de Wrigley Field. As camas são bastante confortáveis e os quartos estão equipados com um pequeno mini-bar com preços razoáveis.

Área de Nice, a uma curta caminhada de Wrigley Field. Estacionamento quase do outro lado da rua na Broadway. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente!

Personal muy amable y servicial. Se suponía que íbamos a estar allí el sábado, teníamos un lugar diferente reservado para el viernes, pero pudieron reservarnos para la noche extra. Bonita zona, a un paseo bastante corto de Wrigley Field. Estacionamiento casi directamente al otro lado de la calle en Broadway. ¡Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo!

GREAT location! Very good for walking, and close to public transportation too. Very convenient, close by shopping and dining options. Polite and helpful staff! Loved it, and will stay here again.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We were supposed to be there Saturday, had a different place booked for Friday, but they were able to get us booked for the extra night. Nice area, fairly short walk to Wrigley Field. Parking almost directly across the street on Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location in Lincoln Park. Not far from the L station and located in a quiet neighborhood. About a mile south of Wrigley Field. Beds are quite comfortable and rooms equipped with a small mini bar that's actually reasonably priced.

Just had an amazing stay here! The hotel smelled clean when I walked in, the staff was friendly and very helpful with dining recommendations. The room was the perfect temperature and very comfortable. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Most of the staff were awesome except for one woman at the front desk who was extremely rude! Other then that nice hotel with clean rooms and a stocked mini bar with snacks!

The hotel is convenient, the beds are very comfortable, the staff is friendly. I’ve stayed there in the past, and if you don’t have a car, it’s ideal close to public transportation, close to Lincoln Park and the lake front ru I don’t usually rent a car in Chicago, but I did because of COVID. Parking is an issue- impossible to find on street parking and the garages (which I did end up using) are very expensive. So it adds quite a lot to the total hotel price.

I felt safe and comfortable travelling alone. The hotel is nestled in a quiet little neighborhood with plenty of joggers and strollers throughout the day. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. The room was dark and quiet at night making for a great night's sleep. The staff was great and I realy liked having a portable heater in the room to make it nice and warm.

Both Dan and Juan Antonio made our stay at The Willows an awesome experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and 24 hour coffee was a bonus. This is an old building with old building quirks and my wife and I loved. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when next in Chicago.

enjoyed staying here. The staff was friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is relevant to all your needs near restaurants, shopping stores and more. When I come back to Chicago this is my go to.

Nice, small, quaint property. Great location for our stay. Outlets in the bathroom did not work. An outlet in the main area did not work. To me, that's a huge problem. How can any hotel not have updated outlets. It costs so little to replace an outlet or switch. A short could bring that 96 year old building to the ground quickly. The walk down the alley from the garage to the front door at 2:30 am in the sleet was not the best either. I still give this a 3-Star rating because the people were very nice and it was very quaint and comfortable. I would actually stay there again. Replace the outlets, please.

Muy decepcionante. Nada que ver con las fotos de Internet.Las habitaciones muy muy pequeñas. Poco cuidado y sucio.Hasta una cucaracha nos visitó el primer día. Los baños minúsculos. Una sensación de agobio enorme. La verdad nada recomendable.

Cozy and charming small hotel in the midst of a thriving neighborhood. This is a 100 year old establishment so the charm is wonderful. Very clean, attentive staff, and comfortable. Lovely building, continental breakfast is great, coffee all the time and water pitchers ready with ice cold water. Room was comfortable. Had 2 king (maybe queen) size beds and lots of room to spread out. In room refrigerator and an honor system with the room goodies. Love the bathrobe they provided. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had nearby parking (extra) with in and out privileges. Loved the location and the neighborhood. Would have been nice to have more shelving in the bathroom -- but, it is a 100 year old building. My husband would have liked a couch. The air conditioner was a little noisy. But would recommend this hotel to anyone (caveat: if people need efficient, bland hotel chains they would probably not like this -- and they would be missing out).
