Veronica e Elyssia foram tão incríveis, desde a reserva até a chegada e tudo mais. O café da manhã era amigável ao Covid e o jantar também, de segunda a quarta-feira. Tão bom depois de um longo dia de trabalho. Definitivamente reserva aqui novamente. A equipe foi amigável de toalhas de piscina a apenas rostos sorridentes nos corredores. Feliz que finalmente encontramos um bom hotel em El Paso.

Eu viajo e uso Marriott exclusivamente devido aos pontos. Este hotel tem uma boa localização, e as camas e travesseiros eram confortáveis. O quarto era um pouco pequeno, e eles tinham uma cozinha completa com utensílios. Isso é praticamente todas as coisas boas.Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente. Fiquei esperando para fazer o check-in por 10 minutos na frente sem resposta. A piscina estava MUITO FRIA. O serviço foi lento e rude limítrofe. O café da manhã foi péssimo. Eles tinham cereais, mas sem leite, muito pouca massa de waffle, sem ovos, sem fixações, e quando perguntei, recebi a desculpa de que "a pessoa do café da manhã não entrou" e "o caminhão do café da manhã não chegou".Este hotel é bom para chegar lá e dormir, não muito mais.

Uma jóia escondida perto do aeroporto. De cima para baixo da gestão para a limpeza. Todos foram acessíveis e dispostos a ajudar com quaisquer preocupações que eu tenha. Fui um hóspede de longa duração e não tive problemas durante a minha estadia. O hotel é muito tranquilo e limpo, um lugar confortável para ter uma noite de descanso tranquila. Definitivamente recomendo para viajantes ou moradores locais. .

Veronica and Elyssia were so amazing, from booking to arrival and everything in between. Breakfast was Covid friendly and dinner too, Monday thru Wednesday. So nice after a long work day. Definitely booking here again. Staff was friendly from pool towels to just smiling faces in the hallways. Happy we finally found a good hotel in El Paso.

I travel and use Marriott exclusively due to the points. This hotel has a good location, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was a bit small, and they did have a full kitchen with utensils. Thats pretty much all of the good things.
I won't be staying here again. I stood waiting to check in for 10 minutes at the front with no answer. The pool was FREEZING COLD. The service was slow and borderline rude. Breakfast was abysmal. They had cereal but no milk, very little waffle batter, no eggs, no fixings, and when I asked I got the excuse that "the breakfast person didn't come in" and "the breakfast truck didn't arrive".
This hotel is good to get there and sleep, not much else.

A hidden gem near the airport. Top-down from management to housekeeping. Everyone has been approachable and willing to help with whatever concerns I have. I have been a Long-term guest and I have not had any problems during my stay. The hotel is very quiet and clean, a comfortable place to get a peaceful night's rest. Definitely recommend it to travelers or locals. .

A equipe é acessível e amigável. O quarto estava muito limpo. Adicionar bagels e/ou torradas para quem quiser apenas a salsicha e os ovos seria minha sugestão, pois não havia nenhum disponível. Eu adicionei frutas e nozes da estação de aveia no topo do meu waffle, EXCELENTE! Gostei muito da minha estadia, estava sozinho visitando meu filho que está em Ft Bliss. Me senti segura e tudo tranquilo. Eu definitivamente recomendo este hotel e ficarei novamente se eu voltar para outra visita.

El hotel está bien, el personal tiene buena disposición de ayudar, salvó por la srita del front deskdel turno de la nocheque no fue nada amable y con poca disposición de ayudar. Para la calidad de la cadena que pertenece a Marriottel desayuno muy pobre,creo que está mejor en la Quinta o en holiday inn. Deben mejorar en este punto

The staff is approachable and friendly. The room was very clean. Adding bagels and/or toast for those who want just the sausage and eggs would be my suggestion since none were available. I added fruit and nuts from oatmeal station to top my waffle, EXCELLENT! I really enjoyed my stay, was alone visiting my son who is at Ft Bliss. I felt safe and it was quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I return for another visit.

Foi uma experiência de descida, o chuveiro tinha pressão decente. Quarto era limpo, sem controle remoto, mas fornecido um e entregue no meu quarto às 2 da manhã. Não tomei o café da manhã, mas preciso reservar outro dia para dar feedback sobre isso. O atendimento ao cliente está no ponto. No geral, me senti confortável e relaxado.

O hotel era limpo, mas é um pouco desatualizado (tapete, unidade de ar condicionado) Os funcionários e a limpeza sempre foram bons. Mas é lamentável que a limpeza não limpe seu quarto todos os dias. No entanto, as camas eram muito confortáveis, o quarto estava sempre fresco.

The hotel was clean, but It’s a little outdated (Carpet, AC Unit) Staff and housekeeping were always nice. But it’s unfortunate housekeeping does not clean your room everyday. However, the beds were very comfortable, room was always fresh.

It was a descent experience, shower had decent pressure. Room was clean,no remote but provided one and delivered ti my room at 2am. Didn’t have the breakfast but I need to book another day to give feedback on that. Customer service is on point. Overall I felt comfortable and relaxed.

Meu quarto era limpo e agradável. Era a opção que eu precisava no momento, com check-out tardio às 12h. História de fundo: o voo da minha família atrasou e o voo do conector perdeu. O carro alugado estava em seu nome. Então, tendo vindo para El Paso em um voo separado, fiquei meio preso com minha prancha de snowboard e outras bagagens. A equipe foi amigável e muito útil e estou grato por sua ajuda. A senhora sugeriu um restaurante do outro lado da rua e eu finalmente consegui uma boa refeição. Note que o café da manhã no hotel é mínimo (faça seu próprio waffle, biscoito de salsicha, maçã e laranja, granola, iogurte açucarado, etc) e deixou a desejar, principalmente para quem tem dietas à base de plantas. Mas eu tenho que dar 5 estrelas porque o bom superou o ruim e eles me fizeram sentir em casa com o melhor de suas habilidades.

My room was clean and nice. It was the option I needed at the time, with a late checkout time of 12 noon. Backstory: my family's flight got delayed and their connector flight missed. The rental car was under their name. So having come to El Paso on a separate flight, I was kinda stranded with my snowboard and other luggage. The staff were friendly and very helpful and I'm thankful for their help.The lady suggested a restaurant across the street and I was finally able to get a good meal. Note that the breakfast at the hotel is minimal (make your own waffle, sausage biscuits, apple and orange, granola, sugary yogurt, etc) and left something to be desired, especially for those who have plant based diets. But I have to give 5 stars because the good far outweighed the bad and they made me feel at home to the best of their abilities.
