Os quartos são muito grandes e bem equipados. As casa de banho são grandes e com pormenores como algodão, toalhetes, creme para o corpo... A limpeza é excelente. O pequeno almoço é rico e diversificado abrangendo várias culturas. Está muito bem localizado e o preço está em conformidade com o serviço prestado. Recomendo!

Hotel confortável, com atendimento muito simpático e prestável e um bom pequeno almoço. Não fica mesmo no centro mas fica próximo de uma estação de metro e com muitos trams na zona. A pé até ao centro são 20m. Uma boa opção para ficar em Praga.

Excellent location, right at the heart of Prague, 2 steps from my favorite restaurant (paprika) and 3 steps from a big shopping center, the staff is kind and nice, the rooms are tidy. They allow pets so I was there with my dog, was great! The breakfast is kinda meh but I’m blaming the low amount of traffic they got lately due to corona.

This was our first stay, and we were impressed. A really friendly welcome when we arrived, immaculate rooms, with all the facilities you need, including coffee maker. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and there was no problem accommodating our little dog. Centrally located just off the tourist track, which we like, close to tube and shopping centre. Great location to visit and stay in prague without the stress and over tourism of the centre, though in easy reach. Check out was easy, and again really friendly staff. Fully recommend this hotel and we will use it as our base next stay.

One of our fav hotels in Prague. Always satisfied with service and our room. Only thing i would like more is to get more hair and body products. Hotel is located close big shopping centre with all shops you could imagine and groceries. Part of it is food court. You can visit two cinemas as well. City centre is few stops from hotel. Cca 20 min via tram to Main Train Station, bus to airport leave from stop direct to hotel

Hotel incrível! Os quartos são espaçosos assim como a casa de banho. Tanto o quarto como a casa de banho estavam muito bem limpas. O pequeno almoço é fantástico. Imensa variedade. Fiquei mesmo muito surpreendida. A sala dos pequenos almoços também é enorme e moderna. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O único contra foi o estacionamento. 30€ por dia. Acho demasiado caro. De resto foi tudo espetscular!! Se voltar a Praga sem dúvida que volto a reservar um quarto neste hotel.

El hotelesta bien.muy concurrido por asiaticos.de modo que en el desayuno tienes mucha variedad.pero la bolleria es mala.el pan malejo y los fiambres peores.Eso si.si eres japones tienes un buen surtido de algas y arroz blanco

Fantastic hotel and room nice and spacious with air con.The bed was fantastic and I had two of my best nights sleep all year. The bathroom is excellent and has lots of room.The breakfast room has a wide choice of food. Easy access to all amenities. Perfect place for staying in Prague. The Old Town is a couple minutes ride on a tram just across from where we were staying.Make sure you get a 24-hour ticket that can be used on all forms of public transport the equivalent of paying a fiver in the UK.

Pros :Super clean, close to the old town and the castle so right in the city center, great rooms,looking very tidy and we'll decorated.Reception speaks good English and is very professional. Customer service was very good about everywhere.Breakfast was crazy good, so worth it. We booked in advance and it was quite cheap. They offer spa of their own and they have a restaurant and a bar. Everything looked professional and I'd go here again for sure.Cons:No triple rooms.Conclusion:I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's close to perfect.
