Me tocó la última habitación del hotel. Subir la escaleras fue la verdad un suplicio. Una vez en la habitación me sorprendí de lo moderna que era para ese tipo de hoteles. Tenía una terraza muy grande, el baño estaba limpio y bonito y una vista cool.

El recepcionista (Max) nos vió entrar con una persona ajena a la reserva, nos dijo que no lo podíamos hacer, le convencimos para que nos dejase cinco minutos para recoger unas cosas que teníamos suyas. A los 10 minutos de bajar de la habitación nos dijo que teníamos que pagar una multa, cosa que me pareció inverosímil. Cuando volvimos al hotel (2 horas después), la llave de la habitación no abría y el recepcionista nos dijo que nos HABÍA ECHADO del hotel.Nos insultó, nos amenazó, cuando fuimos a recoger las cosas a la habitación, abrió dos veces sin pedir permiso, no respetando nuestra privacidad. Y todo porque tardamos 10 minutos en vez de 5 (conversación que ha quedado grabada)Vergonzoso y demencial.

This hotel stole money from me:I paid a lot of money for a three night stay when I was planning to see a concert in Amsterdam in 2020. Due to covid I told them I had to reschedule until the concert would be held, which of course wasn't known at the time. When the concert finally had a set date again I contacted them to either get a reservation for the nights I had paid for or get my money back. But the hotel decided it fair to keep my money and not giving me any room, not even a discount.So if you're going to stay with them you better hope you won't need to reschedule.

The receptionist (Max) saw us enter with a person outside the reservation, he told us that we could not do it, we convinced him to leave us five minutes to collect some things that we had of her. Within 10 minutes of coming down from the room he told us that we had to pay a fine, which I thought was unbelievable.When we returned to the hotel (2 hours later), the room key would not open and the receptionist told us that we had been kicked out of the hotel, and we had to pay a 75 euros fine.He insulted us, threatened us, when we went to collect things from the room, he opened it twice without asking permission, not respecting our privacy. And all because it took us 10 minutes instead of 5 (conversation that has been recorded)When we asked for the receipt, the fine was suddenly 100 euros instead of 75.Shameful and insane.

A nice little hotel from which you can be in the city in a short time:
Location: Perfect. You can walk to the Museumsquartier in less than 10 minutes and to the city centre (pedestrian zone) in 20 minutes.
Room: extremely small, there is no space in the very narrow wardrobe as there is only one clothes rail. The two compartments are occupied by a safe and a woolen blanket. The light in the bathroom is diffuse lighting where you can't see anything.
Breakfast: Very extensive breakfast, which is also constantly replenished. Top!
Staff: All very nice and friendly. Top!
Cleanliness of the rooms: This is the only point of criticism, but it is a very big one. The dirt from the previous guest was actually only removed after 6 days! (there was a 3 cm cap on the floor the whole time / water rings on the shelf).
The TV had such streaks that it must not have been cleaned with a clean cloth for months. The shoes that were left next to the bed could then be searched for under the bed after vacuuming.
The toilet...., without words. The toilet seat (which was very shakily attached) was in desperate need of cleaning. Sometimes the towel was missing after housekeeping, sometimes there was no toilet paper…

Eu não tinha ouvido as opiniões e me arrependi. 1/ muito, muito barulhento devido à proximidade dos quartos e à falta de isolamento 2/ dilapidação do hotel. Se o vizinho usa sua pia, barulhos de canos no quarto 3/ quartos pequenos sem banheiro! (Preste atenção à descrição do quarto) 4/ pessoal ausente, muito difícil de alcançar a qualquer momento 5/ sem elevador (mas eu esperava isso) 6/ custo-benefício muito ruim: 220€ por um quarto muito pequeno sem WC ou banheiro… 7/ sem sabão disponível, embora houvesse uma pia.Eu aconselho fortemente contra

Stayed in the hotel over the weekend, the room itself was small as it was a single room but plenty of space for one person. Location is good, not too far from the city centre and close to other attractions. Plenty of parking if you drive.

Very nice hotel! Clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, and good location! Only thing I want to mention is that there, depending what floor you are on, are very many, skinny flights of stairs and no elevator. If you are older or not able to carry your things up steep stairs, I suggest you either request a room on the ground floor, or, unfortunately you may want to find another hotel if a room on the ground floor is not possible. Additional tip: ask reception for help with parking! They were very helpful to us and showed us where to find cheap parking with park and ride! Muito bom hotel! Quartos e banheiros limpos, funcionários simpáticos, bom café da manhã e boa localização! A única coisa que quero mencionar é que lá, dependendo do andar em que você está, são muitos, lances de escada estreitos e sem elevador. Se você é mais velho ou não consegue carregar suas coisas por escadas íngremes, sugiro que solicite um quarto no térreo ou, infelizmente, você pode querer encontrar outro hotel se um quarto no térreo não for possível. Dica adicional: peça ajuda na recepção para estacionar! Eles foram muito úteis para nós e nos mostraram onde encontrar estacionamento barato com park and ride!

The room was pretty good and everything was clean. The bathroom was small, but only shared with 3 other rooms. The receptionist was kind and polite.The stairs are very steep, so if you have any mobility problems it is something to consider. O quarto era muito bom e tudo estava limpo. O banheiro era pequeno, mas compartilhado apenas com 3 outros quartos. A recepcionista foi gentil e educada.As escadas são muito íngremes, portanto, se você tiver algum problema de mobilidade, é algo a considerar.

Cuando hicimos el check-out el recepcionista chequeo la habitación , reviso la basura y nos dijo que como había una cigarrillo (el cual jamas prendimos dentro de la habitación) se quedaría con los eur 100 de deposito que dejamos de deposito y sino tendria que llamar a la policia. Un estafador !!!!! Eñ peor hotel que me aloje !!! NO VAYAN JAMAS PORQUE LOS ESTAFAN… las habitaciones no son como las fotos …. Un robo el hotel este !!!

tuvimos una mala experiencia cuando el recepcionista del turno noche golpeó fuertemente la puerta de la habitación a las 4:00am despertándonos porque no se había acreditado el pago del desayuno. Fue muy desubicado, mal educado y grosero ya que a los gritos quería que bajemos y lo paguemos en ese momento cuando se podría haber solucionado educadamente por la mañana. Finalmente pudimos lograr que nos deje dormir y solucionar eso por la mañana. Aclaro que el desayuno y el resto del personal fueron muy buenos.

Hotel ubicado en edificio típico de Amsterdam, con escaleras estrechas y escalones altos. Estuve alojado en habitación cuádruple. Esta bien, aceptable. El desayuno muy bueno. La relación precio-calidad, óptima.
