A equipe foi amigável e a localização era conveniente para nós. Muitos restaurantes nas proximidades a uma curta distância e a área em geral parecia segura. No entanto, o ar condicionado em nosso quarto zumbiu alto me acordando no meio da noite - precisa de um ajuste o mais rápido possível! O café da manhã era péssimo... consistia apenas de produtos pré-embalados, incluindo cereais, leite e bagels. Não havia itens quentes ou café feito - Decepcionante! Os quartos também podem usar uma atualização, pois havia pinturas descascadas e móveis desgastados. Dito isto, lençóis e toalhas eram geralmente limpos. Um sólido 3 estrelas.

My family and I found this hotel after experiencing a nightmare at a hotel in time square. Girls at the front desk were very courteous, room was clean and the ac worked great! There is parking on site for an additional fee.

Staff was friendly and the location was convenient for us. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance and the area in general appeared safe. However, the air conditioner in our room hummed loudly waking me up in the middle of the night - needs a tune up asap!
Breakfast was abysmal… solely consisted of prepackaged goods including cereal, milk, and bagels. There weren’t any hot items or even any coffee made - Disappointing! Rooms can also use an update as there were peeling paints and scuffed furniture. Having said that, sheets and towels were generally clean. A solid 3 stars.

Prós: Recepção amigável, acessível (com descontos corporativos), excelente vista da ponte, decentemente perto do metrô, que pode levá-lo ao coração de Nova York em ~ 20 minutos, as camas estavam limpasContras: você pode sentir este lugar tentando economizar dinheiro em tudo - recebemos apenas 1 toalha de banho e tivemos que pedir mais 1, o café da manhã para viagem consistia em bagel e cream cheese todos os dias durante todo o tempo em que estivemos lá (o o café é quase intragável), 80% das tomadas não funcionavam e o carpete estava pegajoso. Além disso, o bairro parecia um pouco incompleto.No geral, é um bom lugar para ficar ao visitar Nova York sem quebrar o banco. Há falhas aqui e ali, mas é limpo e as pessoas são legais.

Pros: Friendly reception, affordable (with corporate discounts), great view of the bridge, decently close to the subway which can get you to the heart of NYC in ~20 mins, the beds were clean
Cons: you can feel this place trying to save money on everything - we were only given 1 bath towel and had to ask for 1 more, the grab and go breakfasts consisted of bagel & cream cheese every day the entire time we were there (the coffee is near inedible), 80% of the outlets did not work, and the carpet was sticky. Also, the neighbourhood seemed a bit sketchy.
Overall, it's an okay place to stay when visiting NYC without breaking the bank. There are flaws here and there, but it's clean and the people are nice.

Terrible experience. I arrived after midnight and was hoping to find a room. They didn't have one for the night which is understandable. However, I purchased two upcoming nights and sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before being removed like I was a vagrant. This is after the gentlemen behind the counter said I can hang around for 30 minutes and gave me the wifi. I've recommended this place numerous times in the past to visiting clients and friends. Never again. There are better hotels within walking distance that are far nicer. I was treated like I didn't matter at all. Which is not how hotels are supposed to treat paying customers.

I had to find a place for just one night near my friends. Checking in was easy. Setting up WiFi was easy. Noise level was non-existent even though I was across from the elevators. Room looked nice. The tv was a bit small and the shower was weird in that the door make it so you have to actuality step in to reach the faucet. Overall, nice stay.

Very nice hotel for the price, was actually nicer than the high rise I stayed at in Manhattan last week. Parking is available on site for 27$, there are nearby parking garages for $30 a day as well if you don't want to leave at checkout time. Very short walk to the subway and it's less than 10 minutes to times square via subway. Neighborhood doesn't look the greatest but don't let that deter you its not bad at all.

I really wish I could give this place zero stars. First time in New York and this was the hotel I chose via Ticketsatwork.com. I paid for the room well in advance but front desk staff said they couldn’t honor the payment even tho I had a receipt. Yet they charged my wife $150 for incidentals before confirming that my payment was finalized. Their system was “broken.” $27 a night to park behind their janky building with a broken fence. Lobby was dirty and the bells guy or whatever never looked up from his sleep to see who was entering or exiting the hotel. Got the reservation squared away finally only to enter a disgusting room with a stained lampshade, rotten bathroom cabinet, filthy headboard, stained walls, and a toilet that sits behind the bathroom door. Not even 10 mins into entering the room I was on the phone making another reservation elsewhere no matter the cost and without first knowing if I would get my money back; it was that bad. As we exited our room 405 we encountered the two male guest that checked in when we did leaving their room 410 and what they told us floored me. Their room was still occupied with a female occupant. Just wow! As I stood in disbelief the woman was exiting with her bags and said “I fell asleep.” This alarmed me in a few ways. 1- two men being able to enter in a woman while she’s sleeping. 2- I’m always armed so the situation could’ve played out differently if the woman was entered in on at night and startled. 3- Checkout is 11 and the men were checking in after 3pm so basically no one attended to the room prior to re-renting it, thus spreading germs not to mention Covid. We checked out immediately and they asked no questions. I had to ask for my own receipt confirmation and she gave me one for $341 but the total charged was actually $396.We went a few blocks to Four Points Sheraton and was very satisfied. Parking was $30 a night but at least it was valet parking.I’m really surprised at Wyndham, first bad experience with them and possibly my last.I’m still waiting for my $150 incidental fee and total refund for the room.

Drove 7 hours from Virginia with my fiancé and in laws to this hotel and ended up not even staying there. It wasn’t good and I do not recommend it. The lobby of the hotel does not feel welcoming or even safe. The security guard sits behind his desk and you cannot even see him. Even when other guest were getting upset with the receptionist and being disruptive he did not even bother to get up. When he did decide to get up it was to step outside and smoke. When we were given the key to our room we walked into a leak coming in from the window and basically flooding the window area. We immediately walked out the room and back to the lobby. When telling the receptionist about the rooms condition he seemed annoyed and told us he’d give us another room. We explained to him (patiently)) that we’d like to see the room before officially being assigned to it because of how terrible the first room was. The receptionist became more annoyed and told my fiancé in the rudest manner “let’s go” and pointed for him to enter the elevator as if he were a child. I became so upset with this that I decided to accompany my fiancé upstairs with the receptionist because I didn’t feel comfortable him speaking to my fiancé anymore. The second room was just as bad as the first and we decided to leave. No remorse or apologies from the receptionist. It was 2 in the morning and no other hotel at the moment had available rooms. This caused such an inconvenience and I am just grateful that we were able to stay with family in such short notice.Don’t stay here or waste your time!

Espectacular hotel en Queens con vistas al horizonte. Las habitaciones son muy modernas y el personal es muy amable y cortés. Además, la relación precio-rendimiento en comparación con otros hoteles en Nueva York es apropiada.

Buena Opción y Economica Es un hotel a pasitos del Rio Hudson. Las habitaciones son grandes y lindas. Es una excelente opción para estar Cerca de Manhattan ya que estas a pasitos del Subte / Terrenos.

La verdad q todo excelente, tanto el trato como las habitaciones cómodas y modernas, no hay heladera eso es lo único malo. Tenes la parada del metro a dos calles y de ahí quedas conecTado al punto q quieras ir de NY, volvería sin dudas.
