Hotel muito bom. Tem uma garota na recepção, acho que o nome dela é Ivony ela foi tão legal! Eu e minha mãe nunca vimos uma pessoa tão boa que cuidasse todos os dias da nossa visita. No entanto, o café da manhã era muito ruim, e o jantar também. Se você quiser comer algo, não peça no hotel. O micro-ondas do primeiro andar está funcionando muito devagar. Demorou cerca de 3 minutos para aquecer algo. Os quartos eram limpos e muito elegantes, gostei do design. Eles têm uma piscina que era bom também.
Decidimos ficar neste hotel principalmente porque era muito perto das atrações a um preço acessível. Não esperávamos ganhar uma nova família com a equipe da Aloft. Desde o início, eles nos receberam com um sorriso e também nos deram um quarto atualizado como um presente. A equipe da recepção foi muito hospitaleira e sempre nos cumprimentou com um sorriso caloroso. A limpeza estava sempre presente, mesmo quando não solicitávamos sua ajuda. Sempre super legal. Mas devo dizer que Justin, que é barman neste hotel, foi uma das pessoas mais legais, engraçadas e acolhedoras que meu marido e eu já conhecemos. Saímos daquele hotel com um novo amigo, Justin. Nós com certeza ficaríamos neste hotel novamente. Não só tivemos uma ótima experiência nesta propriedade, como definitivamente ganhamos uma nova família dentro da equipe. Obrigado a todos os funcionários desta propriedade. Não só vocês nos proporcionaram memórias maravilhosas de nossa lua de mel, como também nos fizeram sentir como se fôssemos parte de sua família 💕 Não tenho comentários negativos sobre este local. We had decided to stay at this property mainly because it was very close to the attractions at a affordable price. We didn’t expect to gain a new family with Aloft staff. From the beginning they welcomed us with a smile and also gave us a upgraded room as a gift. The front desk staff were very hospitable and always greeted us with such a warm smile. The housekeeping were always there even when we didn’t request their assistance. Always super nice. But I have to say Justin, who is a bartender at this hotel was one of the coolest, funniest and welcoming person my husband and I have ever met. We left that hotel with a new friend in Justin. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Not only did we have such a great experience at this property, we definitely gain a new family within the staff. Thank you to all the staff at this property. Not only did you all give us wonderful memories of our honeymoon, you all made us feel like we were part of your family 💕 I have no negative comments for this location. Just honest and positive comments with lots of appreciation and Gratitude with it. Thank you my new Aloft Florida Family 🙏💕
Very nice hotel. There is a girl on reception, I think her name is Ivony she was so nice! Me and my mom never seen such a good person who took care of everyday of our visit. However, the breakfast was very bad, and the dinner was bad as well. If you want to eat something please don’t order it from the hotel. The microwave on the first floor is working very slow. It took like 3 minutes to heat something up. The rooms were clean and very stylish, I liked the design. They have a pool that was nice as well.
Se você quer se divertir como um universitário, este é o lugar para você. Se você quer dormir, procure outro lugar. Eu estava no primeiro andar e tive que ligar para a recepção para perguntar por quanto tempo a gritaria literal no bar seria permitida. Disseram que o bar fecha à meia-noite. Não sei por que as pessoas em um bar de hotel podem gritar e ficar bêbadas a qualquer hora da noite, mas além disso ... já passava da meia-noite. Os hóspedes iam e voltavam dos quartos do primeiro andar para o bar, permitindo que suas portas batessem a cada poucos minutos. Uma estadia miserável quando você acorda às 5h30. Eu nunca ficaria aqui novamente.
Este hotel é muito "retro". Trabalhadores muito limpos e amigáveis. A pessoa da recepção "Anthony" fez o nosso check-in fácil e rápido. Ele nos fez sentir muito bem-vindos. Obrigado, eu voltarei.

If you want to party like a college kid, this is the place for you. If you want to sleep, look elsewhere. I was on the first floor and had to call the front desk to ask how long the literal screaming at the bar was going to be allowed to go on for. I was told the bar closes at midnight. I’m not sure why people at a hotel bar are allowed to scream and get wasted at any time of night, but beyond that…it was past midnight. Guests went back and forth from the first floor rooms to the bar allowing their doors to slam every few minutes. A miserable stay when you have a 5:30am wake up. I’d never stay here again.
Quartos limpos e agradáveis, mas eu não ficaria aqui novamente. As paredes são tão finas. Nosso quarto era 620 na frente do elevador. Não dormimos por 2 dias. Pessoas falando alto. Crianças gritando e chorando. Isso nunca para. Boa localização, mas 2 noites sem dormir. Eu não ficaria aqui novamente.
Visitado 17/11-11 / 20/21Este lugar era ótimo! O quarto era bom e limpo, exceto para o cabelo no banheiro, mas era um cabelo!Eles não limpam seu quarto, a menos que você solicite. Bom recursoEles cobram US $ 12 por dia para o estacionamento e cobram uma taxa incidental de US $ 50 a US $ 200. Não tenho certeza de como eles determinam quanto, mas fui atingido por apenas $ 50; de onde saiu o estacionamento. Funcionou bem.Eles também cobram pelo café da manhã, mas não comemos lá, então valeu a pena.Dennys estava na estrada.Isso não era muito longe da Disney, talvez a 20 minutos de carro.Ótimo lugar e ficaria novamente! Visited 11/17-11/20/21 This place was great! The room was nice and clean except for the hair on the toilet but it was one hair! They don’t clean your room unless you request it. Nice feature They do charge $12 a day for parking, and place a incidental charge from $50-$200. Not sure how they determine how much but I was only hit for $50; which parking came out of. Worked out nicely. They also charge for breakfast but we didn’t eat there so it was worth it. Dennys was just up the road. This wasn’t too far from Disney either maybe a 20 min drive. Great place and would stay again! Staff was super friendly.
Nice clean rooms but I wouldn't stay here again. Walls are so thin. Our room was 620 in front of elevator. We didn't sleep for 2 days. People talking loud. Kids screaming and crying. It never stop. Good location but 2 sleepless nights. I wouldn't stay here again.
Segunda visita. A equipe da recepção é super legal! Fizemos o check-in mais cedo porque o nosso quarto estava pronto quando chegamos às 10:30. Use o check-in móvel. Torna as coisas muito fáceis. O elevador é um pouco lento e o estacionamento custa US $ 12 / noite. O estacionamento pode ser um desafio nos fins de semana.
Pesquisei muito para encontrar o melhor hotel para minha estadia na Disney que se encaixasse no meu orçamento e isso se encaixasse perfeitamente com localização, custo e comentários. Eu vi que o hotel era novo e poderia até ter um traslado da Disney. Eu estava maravilhado. Essa não foi de forma alguma minha experiência. O hotel em geral parecia limpo e a cama era muito confortável, mas o chão do banheiro tinha algo que parecia manchas de sangue. Comprei lenços umedecidos Clorox e limpei à mão todo o chão do banheiro e parecia que não era limpo há pelo menos uma semana. Não havia toalhas suficientes no quarto. Havia uma lata de lixo, mas estava no banheiro e não tinha saco. Tive que usar minhas próprias sacolas do posto de gasolina. Então, quando eu precisava esvaziar o lixo, não havia para onde levá-lo para dentro ou para fora. Acabei encontrando um andar de cima em outro andar, mas a tampa do lixo era muito pequena para caber no meu saco de lixo do supermercado, então eu tive que levantá-la. O ônibus espacial, um bônus adicional, esperançosamente, foi inútil para nós, já que partiu tão tarde pela manhã e voltou muito cedo, muito antes dos fogos de artifício. O estilo do mobiliário deve ser moderno, mas em vez disso parecia esparso, desarticulado e sem polimento. Estávamos no primeiro andar, então tive que subir para comprar gelo ou vender algo. Os convidados entrando e saindo e descendo as escadas pareciam barulhentos de dentro da sala. É suposto ser um hotel novo, mas parece mais que foi remodelado. Eu realmente queria gostar deste hotel e torná-lo meu favorito para viagens à Disney, mas ele simplesmente não atendeu às minhas expectativas.

Second visit. Front desk staff is super nice!We checked in early because our room was ready when we arrived at 10:30 am. Use the mobile check in. Makes things super easy. Elevator is a bit slow and parking is $12/night. Parking can be a challenge on weekends.
I researched a lot to find the best hotel for my Disney stay that fit my budget and this fit the bill perfectly with location, cost, and reviews. I saw the hotel was brand new and might even have a Disney shuttle. I was stoked. That wasn't at all my experience. The hotel overall felt clean and the bed was very comfortable but the bathroom floor had something that looked like blood spots. I bought Clorox wipes and hand wiped the entire bathroom floor and it looked like it hadn't been mopped in at least a week. There wasn't enough towels in the room. There was one trash can but it was in the bathroom and had no bag. I had to use my own bags from the gas station. Then when I needed to empty the trash there was no where to take it inside or outside. I eventually found one upstairs on another floor but the trash lid was too small to fit my grocery store bag of trash so I had to lift the lid off. The shuttle, a hopefully added bonus was useless to us since it left so late in the morning and returned too early, way before fireworks. The furnishing style is supposed to be modern but instead felt sparse, disjointed, and unpolished. We were on the first floor so I had to go upstairs for ice or vending. Guests coming in and out and hanging out downstairs felt loud from inside the room. It's supposed to be a new hotel but it feels more like it was refurbished. I really wanted to like this hotel and make it my go to for Disney trips but it just didn't meet my expectations.

Excelente Hotel, muy bonitas habitaciones, muy céntrico y muy bien ubicado. La atención muy buena. En especial una de las recepcionistas que habla español. Muy atenta desde que llegamos y en todo el momento que teníamos la oportunidad de vernos. Una experiencia muy agradable. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo

Muy lindo moderno las habitaciones excelentes y la limpieza maravillosa hace muchísimos años no encontraba algo asi.Y no es el precio.Hemos pagado más de 300.00 la.noche en otros hoteles y no se compara.La limpieza y el personal que trabaja aquí y la ubicación del hotel es una maravilla.😍🤩💯👍
