Very disappointed we decided on this hotel We were dropping off my daughter to ASU and thought it would be great to stay the night. We looked at a few options, looking for Family Friendly with a pool so my 8 and 11 year old could enjoy the trip. We landed on Baymont. The kids were excited when they saw the pool. After we arrived and got settled, my wife took the kids down while my daughter and I got ready to move into her pool. 20 minutes later they came back, saying they felt uncomfortable because there were all these people drinking and smoking in and around the hot tub.
After checking the pool open time (which I believe was 7am), I put on a movie for them and promised them they could go swimming after breakfast. The next morning, the pool wasn't open. I asked the lady at the counter and she said it was closed all day for "inspection."
Overall, the staff was nice but the breakfast not that good, the coffee was watered down and the fact we were never ever able to use the pool made this hotel stay a complete waste of money.
I'll stick with reliable Hilton Brand hotels or the Red Lion Inn next time which was comparable in price and features.

Room was great two queen beds they where very firm with was grate after a long drive. There breakfast was awesome. The location was great it's just off the 202 on the west side of Scottsdale Rd. Only down side is there is a gentleman's club with bright lights across the street.

Hotel was very nice and clean. There was no issues at all. The employees were great and we had no problem at all. The location was good. Perfect.

Nice room...clean and quite large...separate living room from bedroom. Two large screen TV's, refrigerator & microwave & coffee maker. King bed was very comfortable. Room service menu provided, but didn't use. Breakfast well appointed and a large choice for any palate. Will come back.

Clean, super service, bed was comfy, slept good. Breakfast was good, same what everybody else has...
Would have given them 5 stars, if it wasn't for their app, where i was not able to book a room. When i got into it later, still could not book a room. Had to call them, and of course it was $ 10 more now.
