Simpáticos, alguns colaboradores falam ou esforçam-se em falar português que é louvável. limpo o aceitável, camas confortáveis. Central. Por vezes sente se o metro a passar mas no outro lado da rua também, mas não incomodou. Algumas infiltrações que precisam de ser restauradas.... Mas as estrelas vão por me terem recebido em português. Soube bem.

Bom hotel, espartano mesmo; sem sala de espera; aguardamos o check-in num salão de recreação. Mas ele é bem localizado, ótima estrutura interna, café da manhã ótimo, bem servido. Funcionários atenciosos e bilingues, na recepção. O quarto é bem grande, maior que a media. A casa de banho, também; grande, moderna e completa. Achei um excelente custo benefício. Farta condução nas proximidades, shopping El corte inglês, comércio variado. Ao lado do hotel, tem um pequeno mercado, que atende a pequenas compras emergenciais, como os sanduíches bem variados já prontos e embalados, queijos, embutidos, bebidas, etc. Por tudo isso, vale muito a pena se hospedar aqui.

El Hotel está más o menos bien para su categoría, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero las camas cómodas. El personal de recepción es atento y profesional. Pero el Hotel tiene un problema de ruidos, la calle a la que da tiene un tráfico y bullicio enorme, y además tiene varias líneas de metro que pasan por debajo y tiembla la habitación cada 3 minutos.A partir de las 8:00 de la mañana es puro ruido. Tienen doble puerta aislante, pero aún así se oye mucho. Lo recomiendo si solo vas a ir a él a dormir, aunque algunas noches hay extranjeros pegando gritos por los pasillos.

Hostel o albergue que lo hacen pasar por hotel de 3 estrellas, con la única diferencia que tiene baño en la habitación. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, cortinas solo, única y exclusivamente opacas que no dejan pasar la luz con lo cual para evitar que te vean desde edificio que hay enfrente, pues hay que tenerlas puestas durante todo el día, así que la habitación está a oscuras durante el día y hay que tener la luz encendida de continuo, Ruido en las habitaciones de al lado, con carcajadas y charlas que se entienden perfectamente. Ruido durante toda la noche de un motor q suena como un taladro cada poco. Limpieza que deja bastante que desear, taza del váter pegajosa, suelo sucio. ¡Camas sin sabanas encimeras, solo con edredones y en verano! Este hotel nos fue cambiado y asignado obligatoriamente sin ninguna consulta ni opción a cambio o devolución del dinero con menos de 24 horas antes de la reserva, porque el que teníamos con reserva confirmada es BCN URBANESS HOTELS GRAN RONDA, nada o poco que ver con este segúnlas fotos, EL GRAN DUCAT que nos fue cambiado sin ninguna opción de ningún tipo.

Hotel muy recomendable, moderno, limpio, cómodo y sobretodo en el centro de los ciudad Condal. Recomendado para ir en tren, metro o ferrocarriles de la generalitat, todo a 2 minutos, restaurantes y tiendas. Pack de regalo Covid19, (adjunto foto). Gentileza 2 aguas Bezoya. Camas muy cómodas, gran televisión con acceso a Netflix.Negativo: en nuestro caso atendieron la petición de piso alto, pero nuestra habitación tenía una ventana a 2 metros de altura, vimos que otras habitaciones tenían balcón. (Adjunto fotos des de la ventana se veía parte de la fuente de Plaza Cataluña). Sinó tendría 5 estrellas. Al piso 5 se subía un tramo por escaleras.

Muy limpio y muy muy bien situado. Con complementos incluidos y television. Pero reservé y confirmé por teléfono una cama de matrimonio y al final eran dos individuales... sin posibilidad de cambio... un poco simplón el chico de recepción. Muy cerca tienen pàrquing a 24€ el dia.

Muy buena ubicación, limpieza y comodidad. Relación calidad precio excelente. La atención también muy bien. La habitación, en la primera planta, era algo ruidosa por el tráfico y el metro, aunque sin ser excesivamente molesto. Sin duda es una excelente opción para disfrutar del centro de Barcelona.

Esta bien ubicado, pero la relación calidad precio no me.parece adecuada. Para mí lo peor es que el colchón tenía un protector de plástico que cruje cuando te.mueves y no es agradable para nada dormir ahí. El desayuno está bien. El guardamaletas cuesta 2€

Its a very, very basic hotel and the rooms are embarrassingly tiny. The AC sucks and it was very lukewarm in our room on 5th floor. The rooms have a balcony that can easily fit a family in case you want to have a family meal outside,but i found it useless. I have to add, the staff is A+++. I dont want to make it seem like we hated our stay here, we did not.But the rooms are smaller than normal and there is a fridge, but its tiny. I suppose if your visiting Europe, you don't necessarily plan on spending alot time in your room. The funky AC is inexcusable,but overall a decent place

Ok so I will start with the bad things, but there is good too.- The twin bad is super small more like a single and a half bad.- In our time of stay, April 2019 (14-18 of April) the air conditioner was only capable to warm the room and from some reason in the night the room got hotter and warmer and it was really not comfortable and intolerable.- the window view was really bad, but I guess I didn’t pay for a beautiful window view............The Good.- AMAZING Location! Seriously very close to everything. For Starbucks lovers, there is one right next door. Good restaurant in a 5 minute walk. Main streets like literally few minutes away by walking. That was the actual reason for us to choose this hotel.- Nice smart TV with Netflix.- In our room, 207, the shower was very nice!* plus, the staff was very nice.That is it. If you looking for something cheap, with an awesome location, and not a garbage facilities this is the place - clean, nice, and averagely.Enjoy!

The hotel has nice and clean rooms. It serves a great breakfast buffet in the morning and is only on a 2 minute walking distance from Placa de Catalunya. Sometimes, though, it was a bit noisy. Nevertheless, it is a great hotel in a perfect location.

Esta bien para hacer un poco de turismo por Barcelona. La habitación está limpia y bien cuidada. Muy bien ubicado. Lo malo, las vistas, un ojo patio que no deja ver el cielo, no hay silla ni escritorio. El colchón, aunque es cómodo tiene un protector de plástico que es muy muy incómodo, da muchisimo calor.

We stayed at BCN Urban for 3 nights in early March. Reception and staff were very nice, our room was surprisingly ok (not large, not tiny) for a 3-star city hotel. However, we wanted a large bed and got two queen beds pushed together. Ugh. Amenities were all there (safe, hairdryer, soap, shower stuff, etc...). Room service cleaned the room every day. My only complaint really is that the bathroom smelled a little, all the time, like sewage. It was gross.

I really loved staying here. I would recommended to my friends and family. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved my room, it was not big but had enough room for my things. The facilities such as large smart tv, wifi were good. Nice and clean Shower /toilet . The bed was so comfortable i had no problems sleeping. There was a small fridge packed with drinks and food you have to pay for. But was expensive.The breakfastselection was good.Everything was fresh and the host was so welcoming.This hotel was in a good location for place de Catalunya. However my view out of the window was other rooms windows so i kept my curtains closed. Plus at night the banging doors made noise. Over all i would come back again.
