All the staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is cleaned every morning. The all inclusive drinks are good to drink seen as they are copies. The food was amazing a very good choices every day.
On down side is those wicker chairs they are not comfy. I would definitely go back to this hotel and Lanzarote is lovely I need to see more.

It does exactly what it says on the tin. It is in a really great place for walking into town or to the beachs. The public transport is brilliant and very reliable. The pool is good for kids of all ages and adults. The pool bar is easily accessible. The restaurant is the high light, it is decorated to a high standard and the food all tastes fantastic. Highly recommend staying here family friendly, the only reason it didn't get 5/5 is because I thought the evening entertainment was on abit late for kids, but apart from that it was exactly what I was hoping for.

We have had a lovely holiday..the staff work so hard at all times. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The food was lovely..always a very good choice. So much cake that was lush. The entertainment is good every night and the entertainers work hard to keep everyone happy. I would recommend a holiday here. Lanzarote is a lovely place and everyone was so friendly . First time going away on my own and not once did I feel alone! The hotel is an amazing family friendly venue, and the staff are incredibly welcoming!
The animation team always made the days fun with lots of activities to take part in. Carlos is an asset to the team, he is fantastic with the children and made my visit very fun day in day out...
Would recommend to anyone!
