You're sleeping close to the city, that's the only thing they've got going for them. Rooms have single glass, so it's cold unless you keep the heating going which is loud. Check-in desk gives a pretty good expectation check of what to expect, It's literally just a desk. People are friendly though. Habitación bastante decente, desayuno bueno y ubicación idónea. Es una cadena de hoteles por lo que si elegís alguno de los que tiene, elegir ESTE y no los otros ya que son CUTRÍSIMOS.
Newly refurbished. Clean and fresh rooms. Excellent location. We went for conference in the university, so just walking distance from the train station and conference venue. Recentemente remodelado. Quartos limpos e arejados. Excelente localização. Fomos para a conferência na universidade, a uma curta distância da estação de trem e do local da conferência.

Quite ok hotel fairly central, if you don't mind walking a bit. Close to buses and Russell Square underground station. Rooms are nice size but small bathrooms - standard room supply but minus for no minifridge and few TV channels. A bit noisy both outside if room facing streets, and hallway. But all in all a fair deal for the price. Bastante ok hotel bastante central, se você não se importa caminhar um pouco. Perto de ônibus e da estação de metrô Russell Square. Os quartos são de bom tamanho, mas banheiros pequenos - oferta de quarto padrão, mas menos para nenhum frigobar e alguns canais de TV. Um pouco barulhento tanto do lado de fora se o quarto está voltado para as ruas quanto para o corredor. Mas tudo em um acordo justo para o preço.
Hotel was very clean. There were 6 lifts available. The check in took 20 minutes, too long!!. The room was a good size for london and thr price we paid, bed mattress was firm but comfy. Lovely compact bathroom. Amazing lemongrass bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Tea making facilities. Large window with nets and curtains for privacy. We had a card each which was eco friendly wood Hotel era muito limpo. Havia 6 elevadores disponíveis. O check-in demorou 20 minutos, muito tempo!!. O quarto era de bom tamanho para Londres e o preço que pagamos, o colchão da cama era firme, mas confortável. Adorável banheiro compacto. Incrível sabonete líquido, shampoo e condicionador de capim-limão. Instalações para fazer chá. Grande janela com redes e cortinas para privacidade. Tínhamos um cartão que era de madeira ecológica
This hotel is very fairly priced and this has been my second visit in the last two years. The location is great, within walking distance to most of the tourist destinations. The room is well equipped with a nice bathroom, reasonably sized tv and bed with a nice solid mattress which is what I personally prefer, although I understand why some people may find it uncomfortable. The only downsides are the very poorly sealed windows which let in a lot of noise and the outside of the building is definitively not inviting. But at the end of the day I’m very happy with what I received for the price paid. Este hotel tem um preço muito justo e esta foi a minha segunda visita nos últimos dois anos. A localização é excelente, a uma curta distância da maioria dos destinos turísticos. O quarto está bem equipado com um bom banheiro, TV de tamanho razoável e cama com um bom colchão sólido, que é o que eu pessoalmente prefiro, embora eu entenda por que algumas pessoas podem achar desconfortável. As únicas desvantagens são as janelas muito mal vedadas que deixam entrar muito barulho e o exterior do edifício definitivamente não é convidativo. Mas no final do dia estou muito feliz com o que recebi pelo preço pago.

La habitación era de buen tamaño para Londres y el precio que pagamos, el colchón de la cama era firme pero cómodo. Precioso baño compacto. Increíble gel de baño, champú y acondicionador de hierba de limón. Instalaciones para hacer té. Gran ventana con mosquiteros y cortinas para mayor privacidad. Teníamos una tarjeta cada una de madera ecológica.

Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, pero los baños son pequeños: suministro de habitación estándar, pero sin mininevera y pocos canales de televisión. Un poco ruidoso tanto en el exterior si la habitación da a la calle como en el pasillo. Pero en general, un trato justo por el precio.

La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia de la mayoría de los destinos turísticos. La habitación está bien equipada con un buen baño, una televisión de tamaño razonable y una cama con un buen colchón sólido, que es lo que personalmente prefiero, aunque entiendo por qué algunas personas pueden encontrarlo incómodo. Los únicos inconvenientes son las ventanas muy mal selladas que dejan pasar mucho ruido y el exterior del edificio definitivamente no es atractivo. Pero al final del día estoy muy contento con lo que recibí por el precio pagado.

Pretty much as advertised. Sure, it’s not a 5 star hotel and maybe lacks some small perks and amenities (no notepad and pen in room, nor in-room temperature control), but it has all the basics you need and it’s modern, quiet and clean. For temperature control, the windows can be opened for a breeze, and incidentally there is also a view on the BT tower, which is an interesting landmark. Very good location as well, only a few minutes’ walk to the British Museum. Praticamente conforme anunciado. Claro, não é um hotel 5 estrelas e talvez falte algumas pequenas vantagens e comodidades (sem bloco de notas e caneta no quarto, nem controle de temperatura no quarto), mas tem todo o básico que você precisa e é moderno, silencioso e limpo. Para controle de temperatura, as janelas podem ser abertas para uma brisa e, aliás, há também uma vista da torre BT, que é um marco interessante. Muito boa localização também, a poucos minutos a pé do Museu Britânico.
As all hotel prices currently have increased, some by a lot, this hotel was more reasonably priced. Reception is a little basic and they really need to sort out the entrance door out, as it didn't open with the key access for a lot of people. But the rooms and corridors have a very fresh and clean feel. It must have recently been renovated as it was clean and modern. The location is good, being only a short'ish walk to Euston and an acceptable stroll to Covent garden etc. Would definitively stay again. Como todos os preços de hotéis atualmente aumentaram, alguns muito, este hotel tinha preços mais razoáveis. A recepção é um pouco básica e eles realmente precisam resolver a porta de entrada, pois não abriu com o acesso da chave para muitas pessoas. Mas os quartos e corredores têm uma sensação muito fresca e limpa. Deve ter sido recentemente renovado, pois era limpo e moderno. A localização é boa, sendo apenas uma curta caminhada de Euston e uma caminhada aceitável até o jardim de Covent etc. Definitivamente ficaria novamente.

Claro, no es un hotel de 5 estrellas y tal vez le falten algunas pequeñas ventajas y comodidades (sin bloc de notas ni bolígrafo en la habitación, ni control de temperatura en la habitación), pero tiene todo lo básico que necesitas y es moderno, tranquilo y limpio. Para controlar la temperatura, las ventanas se pueden abrir para que entre la brisa y, por cierto, también hay una vista de la torre BT, que es un hito interesante. Muy buena ubicación también, a solo unos minutos a pie del Museo Británico.

Unfortunately this was the most uncomfortable stay I've ever had in London. If you like brick hard bed, then this might be for you. But I couldn't, the bed itself hurt my back, I couldn't lie on the sides and the cushions were as bad as the bed. No comfort at all. On top of this the corridor light outside of the room was on ALL Night and beemed through the sides of the door, I didn't need to turn the light on in the room,the one from the corridor illuminated my whole night and morning from 10pm to 5am.Also, there's no air ventilation, so you have to rely on the window being open which doesn't help being in the middle of London. The only possitive things were the shower, good shower head and pressure, the shower gel smelt amazing and they have YouTube on the TV. But I won't be returning there. Infelizmente, esta foi a estadia mais desconfortável que já tive em Londres. Se você gosta de cama dura de tijolo, então isso pode ser para você. Mas eu não podia, a cama em si machucava minhas costas, eu não podia deitar de lado e as almofadas eram tão ruins quanto a cama. Nenhum conforto. Além disso, a luz do corredor do lado de fora do quarto estava acesa TODA A NOITE e passava pelas laterais da porta, não precisei acender a luz do quarto, a do corredor iluminou toda a minha noite e manhã de 22h às 5h. Além disso, não há ventilação de ar, então você precisa confiar na janela aberta, o que não ajuda a estar no meio de Londres. As únicas coisas positivas foram o chuveiro, bom chuveiro e pressão, o gel de banho cheirava incrível e eles têm o YouTube na TV. Mas não voltarei lá.

Desafortunadamente, esta fue la estadía más incómoda que he tenido en Londres. Si te gusta la cama dura de ladrillo, entonces esto podría ser para ti.
