First time at an Home 2 , Very impressed. Great lobby area ,Excellent hotel. Clean friendly modern facility. staff was excellent. In an excellent location. Best hotel coffee I have ever had. Complimentary breakfast was similar to all the rest but it was clean and well laid out. excellent breakfast sandwiches. Staff was great. Rooms are spacious and well laid out.

Em primeiro lugar, havia apenas 1 elevador funcionando, então os tempos de espera eram inacreditáveis. Quando saí do elevador no meu andar, o corredor estava congelando. First of all, there was only 1 elevator working so wait times were unbelievable. When I got off the elevator on my floor, the hallway was freezing. Breakfast options were less than desirable and exactly the same for both mornings. I was contacted by a manager regarding my unsatisfactory stay but nothing was done about it. Wouldn’t stay here again and would recommend you pick another Hilton hotel as this one is not about customer service.

Best place to stay the night for $90! It included a beautiful room with a little kitchen, 2 very comfy beds, very nice breakfast (included), a simple but pleasant pool, gym and computers for the guests. If you are a person wants to stay up with a premium experience, then Home2 Suites by Hilton is a very good recommended places to go!

Primeira noite a TV no quarto estava boa, o cara da manutenção nos disse que no dia seguinte eles estão instalando um novo sistema. Que piada, o novo sistema é horrível, o guia passa por rede e não por canal e só dá para ver o que passa agora e a seguir. então, quando você encontrar algo para assistir, você clica em ok e o programa errado aparece. Quanto ao café da manhã, deixou muito a desejar. tudo o que eu tinha era um bagel torrado que, quando saiu da torradeira, não tinha cor torrada nem estava quente. E era muito difícil espalhar a manteiga dura como uma rocha sobre ele. O café realmente tinha gosto de algum tipo de detergente. As empregadas e o pessoal da manutenção não devem abrir a fechadura para manter a porta aberta ao entrar e sair. faz um barulho horrível para os convidados e também é muito duro no trinco.

La primera noche, la televisión en la habitación era buena, el encargado de mantenimiento nos dijo que al día siguiente estaban instalando un nuevo sistema. Qué broma, el nuevo sistema es horrible, la guía pasa por la red, no por el canal y solo puedes ver lo que está pasando ahora y lo que sigue. luego, cuando encuentres algo para ver, haz clic en Aceptar y aparece el programa incorrecto. En cuanto al desayuno, dejaba mucho que desear. todo lo que tenía era un bagel tostado que cuando salió de la tostadora no tenía color tostado ni siquiera estaba tibio. Y fue muy difícil untar la mantequilla dura como una piedra. El café sabía como si le hubieran añadido algún tipo de detergente. Las mucamas y el personal de mantenimiento no deben abrir la cerradura para mantener la puerta abierta al entrar y salir. hace un ruido horrible para los invitados y también es muy duro para el pestillo.

First night the TV in room was good,the maintenance guy told us that in the next day they are installing a new system. What a joke, the new system is horrible,the guide goes by network not channel and you can only view what is on now and next.then when you do find something to watch you click on ok and the wrong show comes on. As for breakfast, it left a lot to be desired.all i had was a toasted bagel which when it came out of the toaster is had no toasted colour to it nor was it even warm. And it was very difficult spreading the rock hard butter on it.The coffee actually tasted like it had some sort of detergent added to it. Maids and maintenance people should not be flipping the lock to hold the door open when going in and out.it makes a horrible noise for the guests and is also very hard on the latch.

Rooms comfortable, though the heater/air conditioner was tricky to operate correctly. Efficient reception and cozy lobby. Wi-fi in two tiers, so the hotel nickel-and-dimes you for the faster track! Parking spacious in a lot with decent illumination. Shower pressure is satisfactorily high. Convenient location and modern amenities in the rooms such as mini-fridge, microwave and hair-dryer.

Muito limpo .... Todas as áreas. Eles estavam limpando constantemente. Não tinha medo de cobiça. Café da manhã ok. Café excelente. Única reclamação, a roupa de cama precisa ser atualizada. Very clean .... All areas.They were cleaning constantly.Didn't have fear of covid.Breakfast ok.Coffee excellent.Only complaint, the bedding needs to be upgraded.Sheets come off and top sheet and quilt just fit.Like that they only clean your room upon request.People working front desk were all great, especially Adam.Please upgrade bedding.Beds are comfortable, however.5 stars then.

Hotel agradável e limpo. Ótimo café da manhã. Meu único comentário é que, quando nosso guia de turismo ligou para a recepção, fomos informados apenas de 2 restaurantes na área. Existem muitos. Teria sido muito fácil estacionar o ônibus no centro e as pessoas irem aos vários restaurantes. Os 2 restaurantes que ela sugeriu não podiam nem mesmo nos acomodar. Algumas pessoas nem mesmo jantaram naquela noite.

Nice and clean hotel.Great breakfast.My only comment is that when our tour guide called the front desk we were only told of 2 restaurants in the area.There are MANY. It would have been very easy to park the bus centrally and have people go to the various restaurants. The 2 restaurants she suggested couldn't even accommodate us. Some people didn't even eat dinner that night.

Hotel incrível. O quarto era grande. Temos uma cama de casal queen com um sofá-cama de tamanho normal. Ginásio era bom. Piscina era de um tamanho decente. Diversão para as crianças. Excelente equipe. Amazing hotel. Room was big. We got a two queen bed with a pull out full size couch. Gym was nice. Pool was a decent size. Fun for the kids. Great staff. Check in and out was fast and easy. Breakfast had a decent amount of options.

Ótimo lugar, muitas vagas no estacionamento. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. A coisa maravilhosa é que eles têm uma grande variedade de café da manhã quente que você pode levar para ir ou comer no local de café da manhã. Outra coisa é que eles aceitam animais de estimação, mas temos que pagar US $ 75 pela noite. O quarto que temos é espaçoso, 2 camas queen-size com sofá-cama e uma pequena cozinha. Também podemos lavar roupa gratuitamente. O ginásio deles está aberto, mas não conseguimos usá-lo porque tivemos que viajar para as Cataratas do Niágara, que é o principal motivo da nossa visita. É também uma caminhada de distância para fazer compras e comer. Altamente recomendado.

Great place, lots of spaces in parking lot. Staff are kind and helpful. Wonderful thing is they have wide variety of hot breakfast which you can either take to go or eat at their breakfast place. Another thing is they accept pets but we have to pay $75 for the night. The room we got is spacious 2 queen bed with day sofa and a little kitchenette. We also get to do laundry for free. Their gym is open but we didn’t get to use as we had to travel to Niagara Falls which is the main reason of our visit. It is also a walk away to shop and eat. Highly recommended.
