Room, bathroom and bedding was clean although the pillows seemed a little on the cheap end. The room had a mini fridge, desk, and travel size shampoo and conditioner. The TV was too small for the room however and only provided about 25 channels. I used my phone to watch anything.
Some areas of the hotel look due for some maintenance or repairs, but as mentioned, the room was nice enough.
The breakfast was good but could use a little more variety. The three mornings I was there it consisted of waffles, sausages, which I didn't think were very good, two types of cold cereal, yogurt, oranges, apples, cold hard boiled eggs, muffins, oatmeal and coffee of course. So it was a hot breakfast, which is nice, but after three days does get a bit old.
The pool and hot tub looked nice but I didn't get in.
Staff was friendly.
On the corner of busy streets it was pretty loud at night from all the traffic, but it wasn't enough to keep me up at night.
As one of the cheaper hotels in the area I would say it was great, really, can't complain for the price. I'd stay there again.

It's ok recommend as a last option, was dirty when I first got the room, toilet seat has questionable stains on it. Yea don't recommend 👎

Quartos limpos, confortáveis e atualizados (não elegantes, mas pelo preço são excelentes), com fácil acesso à rodovia e às compras no centro de Scottsdale. Bom pequeno-almoço continental também. A equipe foi SUPER eficiente, amigável e profissional.

Clean, comfortable, updated rooms,(not posh but for the price they are excellent)with easy access to freeway and Scottsdale downtown shopping. Nice continental breakfast too.
Staff was SUPER efficient, friendly and professional.

A equipe foi muito educada. O quarto e a cama eram confortáveis. A propriedade estava bem conservada. No entanto, o equipamento de exercício está quebrado. A bicicleta ergométrica não funcionou. A máquina de peso não funcionou. Eles poderiam adicionar alguns pesos livres. A maior decepção é que eles fecham a banheira de hidromassagem às 20h. Muito cedo. Outros hotéis em que ficamos mantêm os deles abertos até as 22h, em consideração que as pessoas estão fora para jantar ou estão fazendo um treino noturno e gostariam de uma banheira de hidromassagem antes de dormir, o que é aceitável, achamos. Espero que a gerência veja isso e faça melhorias e mudanças. Os quartos não são baratos e qe esperam mais qualidade.

Staffing was very polite. The room and bed was comfy. The property was well kept. However, the exercise equipment is broken down. The exercise bike didnt work. The weight machine didn't work. They could add some free weights. The biggest disappointment is they close the hot tub at 8pm. Way too early. Other hotels we stay at keep theirs open till 10pm in consideration that people are out to dinner or are doing an evening workout and would like to hot tub before bed which 10pm is acceptable, we think. I hope management sees this and makes improvements and changes. The rooms aren't cheap and qe expect more quality.

Sala limpa, tudo funcionando corretamente e em bom estado de conservação. Os travesseiros são MUITO finos, então acordei com uma dor no pescoço. Atualmente, não há serviço de limpeza para estadias de vários dias, a menos que seja especificamente solicitado, devido ao COVID.

Clean room, everything functioning properly and in good repair. The pillows are VERY thin, so I woke up with a neck ache.There's currently no housekeeping for multi-day stays, unless specifically requested, due to COVID.

Hotel decente por um valor decente na área cara de Scottsdale. Limpo, bem conservado, cama era limpo e razoavelmente confortável. O café da manhã era em estilo COVID, sem entradas quentes. Torradas, muffins, ovos cozidos, iogurte, cereais, boa seleção de chás, máquina de panquecas.

Eu tenho que assumir que eles estão tendo problemas de pessoal porque o hotel não estava limpo. Quando originalmente fizemos o check-in por volta das 20h, um dos quartos que eles nos deram na verdade não havia sido limpo (camas não feitas), então tivemos que pedir um quarto diferente. Todos os tapetes precisam de uma limpeza completa, havia manchas desagradáveis nos quartos e nos corredores.

I have to assume they’re having staffing issues because the hotel was not clean. When we originally checked in around 8pm one of the rooms they gave us actually hadn’t been cleaned at all (beds not made) so we had to ask for a different room. All of the carpets need a thorough cleaning, there were nasty spots in the rooms and the hallways.

Decent hotel for a decent value in the expensive Scottsdale area. Clean, well maintained,bed was clean and reasonably comfortable.Breakfast was COVID-style with no hot entrees. Toast, muffins,hard boiled eggs, yogurt,cereal,good tea selection, pancake machine.

Todo ha sido de maravilla. Los desayunos son basicos pero bastante buenosm las habitaciones son espaciosas y modernas. El shuttle service para moverte a una radio d 5 millas del hotel funciona bastante bien cuando hay alguien trabajandolo. Me volveria a quedar sin duda aqui.
