This was the strangest hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed at a microtel before and it was nothing like this. The pricing is what drew me in. I knew I’d probably have to give up a few things I would normally like with the price but I’m not high maintenance so I didn’t think it would bother me. I will start by saying the hotel staff is great! They were very nice at check in. However, the first room they gave me didn’t have a lock on the door and it smelled like BO and bleach. I moved rooms and it was slightly better and had a lock which is what I cared about it. The rooms are TINY. I’ve never seen a hotel room that small. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. No one knew what rooms were clean or not clean so they kept having to walk to the room to check. Even though the hotel staff was nice at check in, at night it was basically all friends of the hotel staff hanging out in the lobby or in the parking lot and blasting music in their car which I could hear from my room all night. The hotel staff were FaceTiming friends and didn’t look at you when you walked by or greeted you or anything. I ended up moving hotels which I have never done! Would not recommend. It’s worth it to pay a little more somewhere else.

This was the worst hotel ever! The rooms were not clean at all. There was eye make up on the towels from when someone else previously used it! There was trash still under the bed ( bottle caps, an earring, food, clothes left in the closet from previous occupants) nothing was clean. I'd be surprised if the bed sheets were even changed out. There's no elevator. Only stairs! If you enjoy filth then stay at your own risk otherwise I'd strongly advise you to find somewhere else!

¡La peor experiencia de mi vida! Estaba en un viaje por carretera y quería tomar una siesta rápida. La recepción fue agradable y al registrarme fui a mi habitación. Worst experience ever! Was on a road trip and wanted to take a quick nap. Front desk was nice and upon checking in I went to my room. First thing I noticed is the place has a strong smoke smell. Then I went to the washroom and found dead bugs in the bath tub and dirty towels. As soon as I saw this I got up and left, most ridiculous experience with any hotel. I didn’t sleep at all that night as I didn’t trust the bed sheets or what could be hiding in the mattress. Waiting on a refund now

Uma senhora veio até a mulher atrás do balcão e começou a xingar com muita indiferença, como se ela passasse todo o tempo lá em um dia normal. Quando subimos para o nosso quarto, os tapetes estavam imundos e manchados de preto. Os lençóis dos quartos tinham buracos, a pia estava quebrada, o alarme de incêndio tinha um saco plástico do Walmart amarrado em volta (eu acho que um hóspede poderia fumar sem acender), quarto muito pequeno ao contrário da foto online, o banheiro pisos eram pegajosos. eu poderia continuar.... Estou literalmente fazendo esta revisão para que eu mesmo não cometa esse erro novamente, porque esta é a segunda vez que me hospedo aqui. Eles estavam reformando da última vez, então achei que poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas honestamente foi pior. Só o exterior parece melhor. Acho que para atrair os hóspedes e não usar nenhum esforço para dentro. Espero que isso ajude alguém e que não cometa o mesmo erro que cometemos (duas vezes).

From the outside, this hotel looks wonderful. As soon as you get to the front door, you can smell weed very strongly. My husband and I walked in, stood in line, and watched.... several people (I'm talking like 10 people in the lobby just hanging out) talking loudly (sometimes screaming) on cell phones, cursing, walking around like they were in a panic (seemingly due to drugs) which made me feel unsafe. One man walked right over a wet floor sign and didn't even notice. A lady came up to the woman behind the counter and started cursing very nonchalantly like she just spends all her time there on a regular day. When we went upstairs to our room, the carpets were filthy and stained black. The rooms' sheets had holes in them, the sink was broken, the fire alarm had a plastic Walmart bag tied around it (I'm guessing so a guest could smoke without setting it off), very small room unlike pictured online, the bathroom floors were sticky. I could go on.... I'm literally making this review so that I, myself, don't make this mistake again because this is the second time I've stayed here. They were remodeling last time, so I figured it may be a little better but it was honestly worse. Only the outside looks better. I guess to draw guests in and use no effort for inside. I hope this helps someone and that they don't make the same mistake we did (twice).

This hotel looks nice on outside but upon checking in there was a lot of people in front desk area with bags and bumping into walls come to find out they were all homeless. Very bad odor throughout hotel first floor had all furniture in the hallways and doors open. Not a bad price but then they charged a $50 deposit without knowledge. After going to our room on second floor the carpets are very dirty along with the room. Tv doesn’t work cable doesn’t work either. We order food and we had homeless people knocking on our door asking to see the food. Has a terrible smell so bad the front desk lady not only left the front desk unattended with the homeless people every where but she was going through the halls spraying air freshener. You can’t even walk through the lobby without stepping over people laying on there sleeping bags and being starred at. Very uncomfortable. If you are a woman staying alone DO NOT stay here. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I can’t believe Wyndham has there name on it.

My room was pre-paid online. I was charged a $50 "incidentals deposit" yet there are no "incidentals" available. The desk clerk assured me that they were just putting my card on file, however my card was charged $50 before I even got in my room. The room was not very nice or clean and overall the hotel is shabby at best. The bed had no pillowcases, just three uncovered pillows laying on the middle of the bed. It took six phone calls over three days along with a suggestion that we should perhaps involve local law enforcement to report theft. Finally my extorted "incidentals deposit" was refunded. I do not recommend this hotel! BEWARE!!!

Checked in, decided to try it out despite the parking lot being filled with fire trucks and ambulances when we arrived, and the lobby filled with paramedics. Not the hotel’s fault. Came back to check in, and the place smelled strongly of cannabis. No big deal. Upon entering and looking down the hallway immediately after entering, it looked like the furniture from several rooms had been destroyed and stored in the hallway. Again, gave this place the benefit of a doubt and figured they probably weren’t renting out the rooms in that hallway due to renovations. Upon turning the corner and walking up the stairs, someone had dumped a fair amount of trash down the stairs, including food and other assorted garbage. The room had blood on the mirror, hair in the towels, and a half empty beer can in the cabinet. Still decided to try to “tough it out.” After an hour ofreading awful reviews (which I should have done before hand) involving similar experiences and worse, and starting to feel a little uncomfortable, a man stumbled around in the hallway for ten minutes loudly mumbling gibberish, slamming into walls and doors and finally going away, we reserved rooms across the street at the holiday inn express & suites and left immediately. Unless you are completely out of other options, go nowhere near this place. Trust me. I’m not a picky guy. This is the first internet review I’ve ever written on anything, and this is the first hotel I’ve ever up and left. And I’ve stayed in quite a few “iffy” hotels. Someone needs to shut this place down. I’m not sure how it passed any kind of inspection. Assuming such a thing exists.

Houses Homeless. Upon arrive the lobby was serving pizza to homeless individuals. They were walking the halls smoking. While this might be a worthy cause, it’s certain not what I needed after a very long day of work and driving! I have stayed at this motel for several years, but I will never be back. Luckily I was able to find another motel even though it was late evening.

Para empezar cuando me dieron la habitacion estaba sin botar la basura de los huespedes anteriores .Luego en la que nos dieron mi nuera tubo que pedir la aspiradora y limpiarme la alfombra,yo comprar detergentes y limpiar los filtros de los aires y el lavamanos porque apestabaa feo.No cambian toallas.En la cortina del baño un bollo de pelo pegado.Tube que comprar lysol en spray y un ambientador y mantenerlo encendido todo el tiempo.Le doy una F
