The location is convenient. But this hotel is not quiet. People slamming doors all hours of the day and night. I can't speak for all of the staff, but the staff that checked me in was barely civil and kind of dismissive. The rooms have potential, if you bring your own dishes, pots & pans, flatware... I won't stay here again.

Location was okay but the room seemed very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff seemed to just be going through their paces which was a bit off-putting but overall it was a good place to stay.

The General manager, Michael, was awesome from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. Kayla needs a pay raise. The wheelchair assistance room and roll in shower was great. Thanks for the great visit home away from home.

Very bad customer service! I am extremely sad about the unprofessionalism of the staff there, specifically the front desk receptionist and housekeeping staff. I’ve been to several My Place hotels due to lots of travel with my sons for basketball and will NEVER stay at this one again. There are plenty of options in Bismarck, I do not recommend this hotel. I am in Bismarck for the Class A State basketball tournament with my daughter. My husband is out of town for work and the front desk receptionist was extremely rude to me in front of my 9 y/o daughter.
I am very understanding. A simple apology for the mistake on their part and polite attitude would have been completely okay with me. However, she did not apologize and just persisted on being rude. She made an excuse that the gentleman that worked the night before was new, so that was not her problem (That is definitely not the customers fault).
People do not pay their money to be treated rudely.
