Clean, convenient and quiet hotel in a great location. Only complaint was that the parking garage is tiny and filled up quickly so we had to park several blocks away and walk. Also the air conditioning shut off over thirty minutes or so in the night…therefore we had to get up multiple times in the night to turn it back on in order to cool the room down.

Very lovely place! The staff was amazing! Great location to walk around the city! The room was very nice and had a great view. We will definitely use this chain again.

This place is amazing and very accommodating. Mr. Sherif and his staff work very hard to make everyone feel special and are very kid accommodating. The location is also great! You are close to grocery stores, banks, plenty of restaurants and a short 5-10 minute walk from the historic old town as well as a short 15 minute walk to the train station.

The room was clean and newly renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great with walking access to shopping and many restaurants and cafes. The only issue was the last night when a bunch of folks were drinking at the bar and walking outside to yell and laugh. The staff was unable to stop it.

Nice hotel in Salzburg rooms were clean and modern only let down was the pillows were wafer thin which didn’t give great nights sleep. Location was perfect for us halfway between the old town and train station for day trips around 10-15 minutes walk to both, nice restaurants nearby and a grocery store on the next street. Staff were always friendly, would stay again!

I celebrated my birthday here over the weekend and it was such a great experience! The staff were all so nice and even surprised me with a slice of cake and mini bottle of prosseco and the cutest hand written note! The room was gorgeous and had all these wonderful extra touches! The bartender Varun went above and beyond too to make us feel welcomed and special :)

I haven't even arrived at the hotel yet, and I'm already dissatisfied with how poorly the NH Group manages their bookings. It's impossible to contact the hotel ahead of time with some questions; I always get a call center lady who is in another country and can't even help me with my problems. This is extremely disappointing, as the hotels are currently not even busy and yet are unable to provide excellent customer service.

The public bathrooms are more fancy than this hotel bathroom .... I can't imagine having a bath ... the corridors smells and old and not clean ... poor in survice , it was a bad experience...
