First and foremost they advertise they offer breakfast , THEY DO NOT !!!!!! , they didn’t even know it was still advertised on the site but no this location I know for sure don’t offer breakfast , and next the rooms were cool but the one I was in the tv didn’t work and the bathroom toilet ran all night , we had to shut the door , and last the ice machine doesn’t work but they still have ice buckets in the room , but hey we were just sleeping in the rooms at night , and outside all day , so for us no biggie just be ware .

Worst experience ever we went there to try and get away from the storm, and was told I would get a refund because we just check in at least 30 minutes we stayed, then the lights went out me and my children was hot so we left, I called a few days ago then they changed their story and said we won't approve it because it wasn't their fault I wouldn't recommend this hotel and the customer service is horrible because when I asked to speak to a manager she said I can take your number and MAYBE we give u a callback, I am limited on my money 1st of all because I already had to take a medical leave I didn't get paid for so yes I'm worried about my money I gave to them trying to get my children away from a storm that had plaquemine sirens going off. And I am calling corporate!!! And, the pictures they posted are misleading, they only took pictures of what they wanted u to see, they don't show the wires coming from the ceiling or how dirty the floor was in the bathroom by the toilet and their tvs don't work so everyone that said that it's true.

Nice comfortable sized rooms.plenty of parking,shopping,and major interstate access is less than a mile, baton rouge,and Mississippi river less than a minute away can't beat it !

I wish there was a negative star I could give to it the absolute worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. Was sent to the wrong location when call and asked about where the reservation was to begin with 2 hours later get to the right hotel for reservation check in take the key go to the room does not work go back to the office to get help no one answers the bill stood there for an hour and a half waiting for a worker then he gave me a new keys go upstairs still does not work so she comes tries does not work says let me get you another room finds another room lets me in but it takes about an hour for her to come back to give me a new set of keys for the new room the room was disgusting stains on the seats dirty wash rags hanging in the bathroom no phone in the room TV remote did not work so therefore could not watch TV no ice on the whole hotel no regular coffee in the room only decaf no iron but they had an ironing board why would I need a board if I don't have an iron people come on and I'm amazed no phone but yet their picture shows off phone give them pictures or the absolute opposite of what you will be staying in if you stay there for morning morning do not stay at oyo's specially not hwy 1. Port Allen Louisiana location anyone called the company and complaint to make a complaint took almost 5 hours to even get a complaint going because the employees want to hang up on you or transfer you five six times in new people get a supervisor and supervisor cuz I will my desk clerk says you didn't say nothing so therefore I can't do nothing when the desk is clearly lying because you can see it on your video cameras no help was given to amend any of our issues with that location and the company matter of fact run away run away other travelers please be warmed run away.

This was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room beds were not made. It was still dirty from the previous guess and the tv didn’t work. The second room was just as bad. Dirty as HELL. We asked for a refund and was denied so we were switched to a 3rd room.
