A equipe é tão simpática e acolhedora que nos sentimos imediatamente em casa a partir do momento em que entramos pela porta.Mais uma vez, é o serviço que se destaca nesta casa de hóspedes. Todas as manhãs, o anfitrião pergunta como eles podem ajudar os seus hóspedes para tirar o máximo proveito da sua estadia - reservas de passeios de vinho, reservas de restaurantes, táxis, a pé direções .... o nome dele, eles irão classificá-lo. Nossa estada em Somerset West foi um sonho absoluto graças ao Roosboom, e eu estou recomendando a todos que eu conheço!

Cada mañana, el anfitrión le pregunta cómo pueden ayudar a sus huéspedes a aprovechar al máximo su estadía: reservaciones de tours de vinos, reservas en restaurantes, taxis, indicaciones para caminar ... lo que sea, lo clasificarán. Nuestra estancia en Somerset West fue un sueño absoluto gracias a Roosboom, ¡y los estoy recomendando a todos los que conozco!

This guest house provides what is honestly the best service and welcome I have ever experienced in any hotel, B&B or similar establishment. The staff are so friendly and welcoming that we instantly felt at home from the moment we walked through the door.
Once again though, it's the service that stands out in this guest house. Every morning the host asks how they can help their guests to get the most out of their stay - wine tour bookings, restaurant reservations, taxis, walking directions.... you name it, they will sort it. Our stay in Somerset West was an absolute dream thanks to Roosboom, and I'm recommending them to everyone I know!
