We visited this place for a week from the Uk after travelling all around Florida.
Absolutely amazing place the staff are also first class.

Beautiful location, and friendly staff. 1 staff member during our stay wanted to leave early apparently and told us the kitchen at the pool bar closed at 530 and refused to serve us even though it was clearly posted as 6 and other staff members confirmed. And I would honestly plan on bringing toilet paper and paper towels of your own due to the ones provided are gas station bathroom quality (which was shocking When you look at how expensive it is to stay!). When. Bringing these concerns to the concierge attention I got radio silence.

Have been trying to book spa services for over a week, left several massages, no return calls. If you call the resort the people on the phone are rude, especially (jen). Asked for a manager was put back through to the spa recording. Called again and veronica said she'd put me through to concierge, they picked up, I heard a man's voice but then hung up on me. So I guess they are so busy that they can afford to treat prospective clients this way.

On behalf of the entire Brewer family, definitely a five star rating. Impeccable customer service. We stayed four nights in a 3 bedroom cottage. Our expectations were easily exceeded.
Not only a great place to vacation and get away, but the Sunset Cottages also support a non-profit Troop Rewards program for recently deployed military members and their families.
Once again, a huge thank you to all of the staff and to Sunset Cottages for a wonderful vacation! Highly recommended.
