Eles comeram fazendo um ótimo trabalho equilibrando distanciamento e mantendo amenidades disponíveis, como a grande piscina e sala de ginástica. Eles estão convenientemente localizados e a equipe é muito simpática e prestativa. Eles são meu hotel preferido em Grand Rapids quando eu só preciso ir a algum lugar local.
A estadia foi apenas ok. O quarto era ótimo. Calmo, espaçoso e confortável. 99% da equipe foi ótimo também. Infelizmente, havia um "gerente" que estava totalmente fora de alcance. Relatamos nosso time de hóquei aos oficiais do torneio como uma reclamação geral sobre todos os times do hotel. As pessoas se reuniam no saguão e do lado de fora, na bela fogueira. Ele apareceu com um sobretudo com calças de pijama por baixo e um chapéu Fedora Walter White sem crachá. Obviamente, é difícil levar esse cara a sério. Basicamente arruinou nossa noite de sexta-feira. Já estive em pelo menos 50 torneios de hóquei na minha vida e este foi MUITO tranquilo. Vamos relatar o hotel para o pessoal do torneio e dizer a eles para excluir este lugar da lista de lugares para ficar. Se você tem a opção de ficar aqui, NÃO. Eu escolheria um lugar diferente onde o gerente não tivesse a missão de arruinar sua noite.
La estancia estuvo bien. La habitación estaba genial. Tranquilo, espacioso, cómodo. El 99% del personal también fue genial. Desafortunadamente, había un "gerente" que estaba totalmente fuera de contacto. Informé a nuestro equipo de hockey a los oficiales del torneo como una queja general sobre todos los equipos en el hotel. La gente se congregaba en el vestíbulo y afuera en la bonita fogata. The hotel is clean enough. However someone needs to talk to the manager about taking pride in this location. 1) walking into the room the wallpaper is torn, the door stopper has paint stains, the kitchen counter has a long scuff mark 2) the bathroom shower stall has a gouge in it, the floor has what appears to be grout stains from a poor grout job. 3) every hour at two minutes past the hour the tv’s reset and you have to switch it back to your program from the Marriott info channel. I’m here to help Grand Rapids with their current covid crisis. My downtime is very limited and to have to mess with a product that is known to have issues and to have the management tell me “Just mess with it” is frustrating. 1)you know it’s a common problem why not tell your guest at the desk? 2) you know it’s a common problem why not get it fixed? I have stayed at the other location as well and have had none of these issues. It’s a shame.
Stay was just ok. The room was great. Quiet, spacious, comfortable. 99% of the staff was great too. Unfortunately there was one "manager" that was just totally out of touch. Reported our hockey team to tournament officials as a blanket complaint about all the teams in the hotel. People were congregating in the lobby and outside at the nice fire pit. He came out in a trench coat with pajama pants underneath and a Walter White fedora on without a name tag. So obviously it's hard to take this guy seriously. Basically ruined our night on Friday. I have been to at least 50 tournaments for hockey in my life and this one was VERY quiet. Kids weren't a major problem (a little ice in the hallway, big deal). Parents were not being obnoxious at all. This guy was just on a totally unreasonable power trip and wanted to ruin people's night/fun. We are going to report the hotel to the tournament people and tell them to exclude this place from the list of places to stay. If you have the option to stay here, DON'T. I'd pick a different place where the manager is not on a mission to ruin your night.
They ate doing a great job balancing distancing and keeping amenities available such as the large swimming pool and fitness room. They are conveniently located, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are my preferred hotel in Grand Rapids when I just need to go somewhere local.

Nos permitió registrarnos un poco antes porque necesitaba refrigerar la insulina. Este hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca de Meijer, Target, Waterfall Mall y muchas otras tiendas. From the initial point of contact, I must say the customer service was the absolute BEST! Dan was awesome! He allowed us to check in a little early as my insulin needed to be refrigerated. This hotel is conveniently located right near Meijer, Target, Waterfall Mall and lots of other stores. It is also located near quite a few restaurants. You will appreciate the set up and layout of the room because everything you need to prepare a quick meal is provided in their rooms - full size stainless steel fridge, microwave, stove top, dishes, silverware, pots and pans and a dishwasher. And yes, the room was very clean. So, if you’re looking for a great hotel to stay at while visiting the Grand Rapids area this is the place to stay! So, go check it out and be sure to say hi to Dan. If I could rate Dan’s customer service at a 50 I would he was the absolute best! Pamela S.

During our road-trip to Michigan, we chose to stay at The Marriott one more time deeming our positive experiences in the past.As much as I love staying at Marriotts, I didn't admire the view from my window, however —Suite room— Super comfy King bed, Cozy room, that tiny kitchen had every amenity one might ask for.Bathroom— Beautiful large bathroom, the Single-use personal care bottles had been substituted with Dispensers which is great.Staff- Gentlemanly and hospitable.Breakfast- The breakfast this time was totally Unlike Marriott standards!PS- Love the Fireplace right outside the facility!#RoadTrip

Durante nuestro viaje por carretera a Michigan, decidimos quedarnos en el Marriott una vez más considerando nuestras experiencias positivas en el pasado.Por mucho que me encante alojarme en el Marriott, no admiré la vista desde mi ventana.Habitación suite: cama King súper cómoda, habitación acogedora, esa pequeña cocina tenía todas las comodidades que uno podría pedir.Baño: hermoso baño grande, las botellas de cuidado personal de un solo uso habían sido sustituidas por dispensadores, lo cual es genial.Personal: caballeroso y hospitalario.Desayuno: el desayuno esta vez fue totalmente diferente a los estándares de Marriott.PD: Me encanta la chimenea justo fuera de las instalaciones.#Viaje
