The hotel is nice, the rooms are well kept. I was surprised with all the renovations still taking place arpund the resort that the hotel is still operating at full pricing. The entrance way is under construction and isn't such a beautiful experience to arrive to. They could redirect the main entrance to make a better experience. There aren't as many services right now because of the construction . Many restaurants are closed or have moved out (there used to be far more restaurants on-site). Most of the staff are courteous and will take care of things for you. As long as you don't have an issue with your room ... if you do, give up and stay elsewhere because you can tall and text for 2 days without them taking care of you. I'm still waiting for them to fix or replace something in my room.

All the staff I encounterd were all super pleasant! Thanks to George & Samuel I found my way an was able to have my needs met ! Also Ryan came and made sure I was doing alright as well as offered me assistance if I needed! The core values are being held up and executed in an amazing fashion!

The Boca Raton is a unique golf and pool resort with "exclusivity" as one of it's main appeals. The grounds are very well kept and the older main building is full of detail and surrounded and filled with a wide range of sculptures and art. The conference center is sizable like a Gaylord but compact so you don't have to walk forever to get to or around it. The pool bar closed at 5pm which seemed way too early. The lobby bar was always full and the staff seemed a bit challenged to keep up with the demand. The room I stayed in this time was five star all the way except the sink didn't drain. I hope they have refurbished all of the rooms to this level because it was a perfectly appointed and super comfortable room. I had stayed years ago and didn't remember my room being that nice before. They were working on refurbing the chapel space which is beautiful and suitable for a decent sized indoor wedding although you might opt for one of several outdoor spaces. Bottom line. I recommend it for weddings and conferences where you can bring your family too and enjoy some golf.

My family has invited me for a vacation at this hotel for many years. I give it only 4 stars for this 5 star hotel because after it was privately bought out, it has gone down hill in terms of service. My family was overcharged $1200, the shower was broken, the staff isn’t knowledgeable about anything other that’ll where your room is, etc. if you can look past that, the ground and properties like the beach club that you have access are absolutely gorgeous. The new lazy river was a great addition and their food has always been delicious. Just said that their service hasn’t been up to par.

They offer nothing for members. I live in royal palm and asked if their “hotel car” could pick me up and they told me the best they can do is give me a transportation service. They value guests more than their members - who keep them busy all summer long when the snowbirds head back north. So over this hotel. Ps - if you want screaming kids everywhere, then stay here.

A top notch, high class resort! Had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the amenities. So fortunate to arrive and have Michael Sinatra greet us upon check in. What a professional & what a personality! All of the facilities are clean. The room was lovely and very spacious. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel,!

The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the resort is still extensive undergoing renovations. The staff is superb, the service incredible, the new pool pavilion is great, and now cabanas are available. If you can put up with a little inconvenience then go, if you want perfection wait until next year, even though they are pretty close now.

Not 5-star!! Hotel still partially closed. Very disappointed with the renovations, was hoping to be blown away as promised, but just seems like new paint and furniture and way more expensive. Restaurant choices are slim, very limited menus, average food and expensive!! In Palm Court they got rid of the beautiful natural light and now do not offer any food as they used to (I hope this changes soon!). Not worth the price. They really need to expand menus, events and offerings to warrant the prices they are charging.

Beautiful resort with everything you’d need for an enjoyable stay. What really stands out is the service. Everyone we spoke to; bellhop, reception, waitstaff, etc. was extremely friendly and helpful. Willing to go above and beyond to assist, which made us feel very appreciated.We had a room at the Beach Club, King, with ocean views (no balcony). Loved being so close to hear the waves and see a breathtaking sunrise. The room itself was nice but simple. Not overly decorative. My wife especially loved the tub. We dined at the Beach Club Lounge (great sushi and cocktails) and Marisol (super close to the water with fantastic seafood.) Much of the broader resort was under construction during our stay, so we are excited to hopefully return in the future and explore new rooms and more dining options.

Un bello y acogedor hotel , un ambiente super agradable habitaciones grandes, limpias y con vistas increíbles las áreas comunes bellas , tiene un bote que brinda servicios de transporte hacia la otra propiedad,opciones de restaurantes tiene mucha , la recreación super buena. Solo hago una observación por la cual doy un 4 estrellas me sentí maltratado y atropellado por la chica que me recibió el domingo 06 /23 en la mesa buffet del desayuno.Y el precio de algunas cosas que lo encontré algo elevado .por lo demás lo recomiendo fue un increíble fin de semana , si quieres ver historias de este hotel visita mi instagram leo.mz.
