DO NOT STAY HERE! The place reeked of weed and the hallways smelled like cigarettes. They claimed to offer a hot breakfast. But it was completely a lie. The coffee was old and the bananas and oranges were covered in mold. The hotels hot water heater busted during our stay. We couldn’t even take a hot shower. The room itself was filthy. We even found someone’s dirty shoes under the bed. Which indicates they didn’t even thoroughly clean the room. The manager was rude and refused to reimburse any money for our stay. And didn’t take any responsibility for the state of the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Was very good to start with female attendant. Then male attendant came on duty and it turned in to a scene from Shawshank Redemption. Pacing up and down the hall when I went to go outside and smoke he met at entrances. Made me feel like I was being watched the weird way..

We felt welcomed and comfortable when checking in. The young lady at the desk was friendly and informative. She invited us to check out the swimming pool which was very clean and inviting. The owner / staff had obviously spent some time keeping the area safe and tidy. The rooms were a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if traveling through the area.

This hotel was a saving grace! We originally booked a room at the Motel 75 right around the corner, but upon entering our room, we felt like our lives were in danger. That's not an exaggeration either. We truly felt like we were in danger, so we got the hell out of there and found ourselves at the Best Western Monroe. It was such a relief to feel safe and clean while we wound down and slept before our trip home. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bathroom was clean and didn't look like a junky had just OD'd in it. The bed linens were pristine and comfortable, and the bed itself was pretty comfortable. I think the absolute best part of the stay was the phenomenal staff. They were genuinely concerned when we mentioned our previous experience with the motel and gave us such a warm welcoming and departure. We will absolutely return to this hotel on our next trip! Thank you, Best Western, for quite literally saving our lives. This place deserves more than 5 stars. A lot more.

Visiting town for a wedding that was cut short due to a tornado warning! We all ended up hanging out in the lobby of the hotel which wasn't exactly expected, but Kristina Z. was SO accommodating and made us popcorn and let us use other hotel facilities. She helped us make the best of the night by going above and beyond her job description. You'll be in good hands.
