We where driving to New York from Southern, Ohio. We hit a snow storm and decided to stay the night somewhere. We found this place on Google maps and I am so glad we did. The staff was amazing, rooms were so clean, beds where comfortable, and they give you a sacked breakfast in the morning. Best part is check out is 12p.m. Highly recommend this place one of the best hotels we have staid in.

Tínhamos reservado uma cama king-size com banheira de hidromassagem. Fomos rebaixados para uma cama queen-size, o que era uma chatice, mas como os preços eram os mesmos para os dois quartos, eles ainda nos cobraram quase 200 dólares. Por 200 dólares, você consegue um quarto pequeno, uma cama desconfortável e um banheiro minúsculo que não pode ser movido quando a porta está aberta. O "spa" banheira é uma banheira de tamanho normal com 4 jatos e tinha cabelo de alguém ... muito cabelo. Fora isso, o quarto parecia limpo. O hotel fica próximo a serviços de emergência, então tudo o que você ouve são sirenes a noite toda. Depois de dirigir o dia todo em uma tempestade de neve, estávamos cansados e só queríamos uma noite relaxante ... e não foi isso que conseguimos. Estamos exaustos e ainda temos um dia inteiro de viagem. Sem mencionar que o café da manhã foi terrível. Era um muffin e uma barra de gronola em um saco de papel com suco e água. Entendi, corona, mas me diga por que gastei 200 dólares em um quarto de novo? Não vamos ficar aqui mais uma vez, e estamos na área pelo menos duas vezes por ano.

Absolutamente maravilhoso!!! Eu viajo muito e já me hospedei em vários hotéis cinco estrelas. Este Best Western Plus é de longe um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei. Minha esposa e eu, como avós, escolhemos passar vários dias aqui no Natal, em vez de ficarmos superlotados na casa de nossa filha. Este Best Western foi o melhor lugar em que já ficamos. (Mesmo com mais de trinta centímetros de neve). A equipe foi absolutamente ótimo !!! A instalação é extremamente limpa, cheirava bem, muito bem conservado e simplesmente ótimo no geral !!! Nós ficamos muito felizes com o custo de várias noites, e certamente ficaremos aqui novamente quando estiver na área.

¡¡¡Absolutamente maravilloso!!! Viajo mucho y me he alojado en numerosos hoteles de cinco estrellas. Este Best Western Plus es, con mucho, uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado. Mi esposa y yo, como abuelos, decidimos pasar varios días aquí en Navidad en lugar de estar abarrotados en la casa de nuestra hija. Este Best Western fue el mejor lugar en el que nos hemos alojado. (Incluso superando un pie de nieve). El personal fue absolutamente genial !!! La instalación está extremadamente limpia, olía bien, muy bien mantenida y, en general, ¡genial! Estuvimos muy contentos con el costo de varias noches, y definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar aquí cuando estemos en la zona.

Reservamos una cama de matrimonio grande con bañera de hidromasaje. Nos bajaron a una cama de matrimonio, lo cual fue un fastidio, pero como los precios eran los mismos para ambas habitaciones, todavía nos cobraron casi 200 dólares. Por 200 dólares, obtienes una habitación pequeña, una cama incómoda y un baño diminuto que no se puede mover cuando la puerta está abierta. La bañera "spa" es una bañera de tamaño normal con 4 chorros y tenía el pelo de otra persona ... mucho pelo. Aparte de eso, la habitación parecía limpia. El hotel está al lado de los servicios de emergencia, por lo que durante toda la noche solo se oyen las sirenas. Después de conducir todo el día en una tormenta de nieve, estábamos cansados y solo queríamos una noche relajante ... y eso no es lo que obtuvimos. Estamos agotados y todavía nos queda un día entero de viaje. Sin mencionar que el desayuno era terrible. Era un muffin y una barra de gronola en una bolsa de papel con jugo y agua. Lo entiendo, corona, pero dime ¿por qué gasté 200 dólares en una habitación de nuevo? No volveremos a alojarnos aquí, y estamos en la zona un mínimo de dos veces al año.

We reserved a king bed with a spa tub. We were downgraded to a queen bed, which was a bummer, but since the prices were the same for both rooms, they still charged us almost 200 dollars. For 200 dollars, you get a small room, uncomfortable bed, and a tiny bathroom that go can't move in when the door is open. The "spa" tub is a normal sized tub with 4 jets and it had someone elses hair in it....a lot of hair. Other than that, the room seemed clean. The hotel is next to emergency services, so all night all you can hear is sirens. After driving all day in a snow storm, we were tired and just wanted a relaxing night....and that is not what we got. We are exhausted and still have a whole day of travel. Not to mention breakfast was terrible. It was a muffin and a gronola bar in a paper bag with juice and water. I get it, corona, but tell me why I spent 200 dollars on a room again? We will not be staying here ever again, and we are in the area a minimum of twice a year.

Absolutely Wonderful!!! I travel a lot, and have stayed in numerous Five Star Hotels. This Best Western Plus is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. My wife and I, as grandparents, chose to spend several days over Christmas here instead of being overcrowded at our daughter's house.
This Best Western was the greatest place we have stayed. (Even with getting over a foot of snow). The Staff were absolutely great!!! The facility is extremely clean, smelled good, very well maintained, and just great overall!!!
We were very happy with the multi night cost, and will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Pessoal muito amigável, biscoitos de boas-vindas para seus cachorros. Hotel é mais antigo, mas limpo e tem uma sensação caseira. O hotel fica a uma rua de uma área residencial, então você pode levar seu cachorro para um passeio agradável. A cidade parece amigável em geral. Jantamos no restaurante Skye (tacos de peixe grelhados e salada de salmão grelhado com vinagrete de rum) e estava delicioso. Com certeza ficaria novamente!

Personal muy amable, galletas de bienvenida para tus perros. El hotel es antiguo pero limpio y tiene una sensación hogareña. El hotel está a una calle de una zona residencial, por lo que puede llevar a su perro a dar un agradable paseo. La ciudad se siente amigable en general. Cenamos en el restaurante Skye (tacos de pescado a la parrilla y ensalada de salmón a la parrilla con vinagreta de ron) y estaba delicioso. ¡Definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo!

¡Hogar lejos del hogar! Me alojé en este lugar cuando tuvimos un corte de energía en casa ... La mejor experiencia de hotel ... ¡El personal y la gerencia nos hicieron sentir como en casa! ¡Y su restaurante y pub en el lugar (Skye Bistro) es igualmente MEJOR! Very friendly staff, welcome cookies for your pooches. Hotel is older but clean and has a homey feeling. The hotel is one street from a residential area so you can take your dog for a sweet walk. The town feels friendly in general. Had dinner from Skye restaurant (grilled fish tacos and grilled salmon salad with rum vinaigrette) and it was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

Pleasantly surprised. Seemed more like an independent boutique hotel. Clean, nice amenities, roomy. Only negative was double beds instead of queens. Staff was friendly, well-groomed and professional. Breakfast bags and coffee provided in lieu of hot breakfast due to covid. Pet friendly. I will stop here again!

Me alojo en muchos hoteles por motivos de trabajo, pero me impresionó mucho este Best Western. Siempre digo que, si quieres saber qué tan limpio está un hotel, mira la escalera ... la mayoría de las veces es ignorada por el personal y los huéspedes.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work but I was super impressed with this Best Western. I always say, if you want to know how clean a hotel is, look at the stairwell.. most often overlooked by staff and guest.
