The location is perfect, 10 min walking to the Red Square, room very clean and lovely staff.

In 6 days they never clean the room. When we asked to make at least the bathroom, they made just a part of the wc and a part of the sink. Never seen that. Stink and dirty in the first room that we asked to change. Position is good and desk girls very kind to give informations.
