It was really, just ok. The rooms looked clean but the bathroom floors were not mopped. You can tell when you come back from the ICEBERG of a POOL, and the floor is leaving your footprints. The breakfast was cold & those pancake machines are never working. There was also reported a theft in someone's room during our stay which didn't make me feel very comfortable. I recommend staying at the Hampton Inn next door, at least they have a hot tub.

Encontrar un hotel en el mundo actual donde todo esté por encima del promedio más allá de las cinco estrellas es tan raro que es casi imposible. Soy el tipo de persona que no escribe reseñas, pero esta también quería que el público supiera que todavía hay hoteles de primera categoría en su área local y este es uno de ellos, y soy no solo me refiero a la limpieza, estoy hablando de todo el hotel en su conjunto, comenzando por el personal.Creo que su nombre era Tammy, la gerente que lo saluda con una gran sonrisa tan pronto como ingresa a los cheques, y lo instala todo. al resto del personal asegurándonos siempre de que tengas todo lo que necesitas. Siempre he sabido que cuando tienes el personal correcto en el lugar, todo lo demás funciona como un reloj y todos, incluido el personal, los trabajadores y los visitantes, están muy contentos con su estadía, nuestra estadía de dos días se ha convertido en siete y todavía estamos yendo. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel y no te arrepentirás. Tenía que haber pasado al menos 8 años desde que me alojé en un lugar tan agradable y acogedor, este hotel en su conjunto es difícil de superar.

Cinco estrelas não dão a este hotel o crédito e a justiça que ele merece. se eu pudesse dar 10 estrelas eu teria ... Encontrar um hotel no mundo de hoje onde tudo está acima da média além das cinco estrelas é tão raro que é quase impossível. Sou o tipo de pessoa que não escreve comentários, mas este também queria que o público soubesse que ainda existem hotéis de primeira categoria na sua área local e este é um deles, e eu sou não me referindo apenas à limpeza, estou falando de todo o hotel como um todo, começando pela equipe. Acredito que o nome dela era Tammy, a gerente que o cumprimenta com um grande sorriso assim que você entra no check-in para que todos se acomodem. para o restante da equipe sempre garantindo que você tenha tudo o que precisa. Sempre foi do meu conhecimento que quando você tem a equipe correta no local, tudo funciona como um relógio e todos, incluindo funcionários, trabalhadores e visitantes ficam muito felizes com sua estadia, nossa estadia de dois dias se transformou em sete e ainda estamos indo. Eu recomendo este hotel e você não vai se arrepender. Deve ter sido pelo menos 8 anos desde que eu fiquei em um lugar tão bom, este acolhedor, este hotel como um todo é difícil de bater.

Five stars does not give this hotel the credit and Justice it deserves. if I could give it 10 Stars I would have... Finding a hotel in today's world where everything is above average beyond the five stars is so rare it's almost next to impossible. I'm the type of person that does not write reviews but this one I had too, wanted the public to know there are still absolutely top-notch hotels out there in your local area and this is one of them,, and I'm not just referring to cleanliness I'm speaking on the whole hotel as a whole starting with the staff I believe her name was Tammy the manager who greets you with a big smile as soon as you walk in checks you in get you all settled in. to the rest of the staff always making sure you have everything you need. It's always been to my knowledge that when you have the correct staff in place, everything else runs like clockwork and everyone including staff, workers and visitors are very happy with their stay,, our two day stay has turned into seven and we're still going. I highly recommend this hotel and you won't regret it. It had to be at least 8 years since I've stayed at a place this nice this welcoming ,this hotel as a whole is hard to beat..

my stay was great the lady at the front desk was the best i think her name was tam or something whenever we needed something she would get it for us but just overall it was just good and i would definitely recommend and would come back in a heart beat

Great stay. We moved from the Marriott to here. Much, much, more room, linens higher grade, masking protocol in place. Consistently decent quality.

Had to book a room for relatives passing through. It was very short notice, truly there was ZERO notice! 🙄🤦🏾‍♂️ However, the Staff here made it very easy for me to book the room. They even allowed me to hold the room in my name. But when something came up at work, I was able to transfer my reservation to someone who could physically be there to book the room. No hassle or fuss about. Thank you Holiday Inn Express! 🙏🏾👍🏾
