Functional and budget hotel served by courteous staff. Decided to stay here after planning a last-minute weekend trip. Couldn't find another place due to school holidays. This place turned out to be much better than expected. The location is great (just off M4) if driving. Breakfast was decent by Holiday Inn Express standards. Do not expect hash brownies, tomatoes, mushrooms. Just the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals, muffins, toast, croissant, etc. Yoghurt and fruit compote were a nice touch. Hotel funcional e econômico servido por uma equipe cortês. Decidiu ficar aqui depois de planejar uma viagem de fim de semana de última hora. Não foi possível encontrar outro lugar devido às férias escolares. Este lugar acabou sendo muito melhor do que o esperado. A localização é excelente (ao lado da M4) se estiver dirigindo. O café da manhã era decente para os padrões do Holiday Inn Express. Não espere brownies de hash, tomates, cogumelos. Apenas os habituais ovos mexidos, bacon, salsichas, cereais, muffins, torradas, croissant, etc. Iogurte e compota de frutas foram um toque agradável.

Nice hotel with fair price, room with A/C which is important during hot summer. Friendly staff, breakfast was plenty. Shower was a dated but not a big issue. We stayed there for one night when we passed Swindon. Nice hotel com preço justo, quarto com A/C que é importante durante o verão quente. Funcionários simpáticos, pequeno-almoço era muito. Chuveiro era um datado, mas não um grande problema. Ficamos lá por uma noite quando passamos Swindon.

This hotel was good value with a very good free breakfast. Dogs were welcome and had tables reserved for people with pets. The £25 for the dog for the night I felt was a bit steep but it would have been the same if we had been staying longer. There was a small woodland walk just across the road. Great for walking the dogin the morning. I would stay in this hotel again. Staff very helpful at breakfast. Este hotel foi um bom valor com um muito bom pequeno-almoço gratuito. Os cães eram bem-vindos e tinham mesas reservadas para pessoas com animais de estimação. O £ 25 para o cão para a noite eu senti foi um pouco íngreme, mas teria sido o mesmo se tivéssemos ficado mais tempo. Havia uma pequena caminhada na floresta do outro lado da estrada. Wasn't expecting much too be very honest but was pleasantly surprised with the positive experience. The biggest positive is the welcoming staff especially Flo. Great working hotel staff, very clean place, good food and a positive atmosphere makes it a 5 star place. Thanks for the experience.

Impressed with how professional and helpful the staff are! From letting us check in early to helping us with small requests, it was more than I could ask for. The room was nothing fancy, but it was functional and comfortable. Overall, it's a great place to spend the night if you are on a long road trip and need to make a stop midway. Impressionado com o quão profissional e útil a equipe é! Desde nos deixar fazer o check-in mais cedo até nos ajudar com pequenos pedidos, foi mais do que eu poderia pedir. O quarto não era nada extravagante, mas era funcional e confortável. No geral, é um ótimo lugar para passar a noite se você estiver em uma longa viagem e precisar fazer uma parada no meio do caminho.

If you are planning to stay for few days its absolutely ideal. For long holiday plans it might not be the best because there is no swimming pool or any other activities. The rooms are clean and the staff is really helpful and kind. The breakfast is nicely prepared with enough options.
