The staff is not very welcoming, looks they're just there to do the job and go home honestly, poor interaction with the guests (missing that warm Spanish welcome, smiling etc).
The food overall is good and different choices everyday, the room cleaning not impressive our towels were not changed daily and the toiletries not refilled we end up having no shower gel and 5 towels drying on the balcony :/ .... such a big hotel with a good potential but the staff attitude let us down. We work in this industry so we know what to expect..not impressed. We won't return next time to this hotel. Please take this as a constructive feedback for the future!

Unfortunately, we paid for 4* hotel and get 3. Price and quality not equal
1. Conditioner not working properly
2. Paid extra for a see view room and get swim pool view (check photos)
3. No small bottle of water in room
4. Old towels (check photos)
5. There is a poster on the restaurant doors: not allowed to enter in shorts. BUT IS’T ONLY FOR MEN FOR DINNER! If you go on hot summer vacation without pants - they will make buffoon out of you!!!
6. Only 3 times per week you can change beach towels
One big plus is tasty food!

Been here twice now for good reason. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Always a good variety of food at breakfast and evening meal. Entertainment is good. Overall a great, relaxing hotel we will probably return to.

In short: big and good hotel. Almost perfect from all angles. Huge and green territory. Good and tasty breakfast, nice big pools, big family rooms. Friendly staff. Very good cleaning service. Nice spa and sauna. Good for families. Has free parking. About 6 minutes walk to the sea. May suggest to hotel management to provide fresh orange juice every morning on breakfast and add better cofee machine.

Fab hotel for a couple or family. Very friendly staff. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Great food. Fantastic location near the beach and shops.
