Apto. amplo e confortável. Banheiro grande, ótima ducha. Limpo. Pode fazer seu próprio chá(de cortesia) no quarto, com chaleira elétrica. Excelente localização, alguns aptos de frente para o mar; perto do Pier, de The Lanes. Excelente para lazer e negócios. Salão de conferências muito bom.

The hotel location is perfect being on the sea front, very close to the pier and the town centre with all the bars and restaurants. Although the hotel doesn’t look like anything special from outside it isn’t until you step inside and see the beauty of this building.Check in was so simple with a very friendly member of staff. I had already checked in online a few days before and then had an email on the day to say my room was ready.The room was a really good size with a huge bed. Great views over the beach. Bathroom was clean, simple and with a lovely powerful walk in shower. Bed was super comfy (although i found the pillows to hard to my taste) Nice sized telly on the wall and with the normal tea and coffee making.Breakfast was a buffet style but was really good. A huge selection from cooked breakfast to toast, cereal and cheese/cold meats. I really enjoyed it and it was included with the room when we booked it.Had a few drinks in the bar one evening which was really nice, was nice to sit in the beauty of this hotel, while seating at a table looking out to Brighton beach. All the staff we spoke to were friendly, helpful and had a smile on there face.This is an amazing little hotel and being that we booked it through Groupon with breakfast. Very happy and i will definitely be returning to this hotel very soon.

Myself and my friend have stayed at the Waterfront a few times and I wanted to leave a review for this visit as we had a lovely time.Check in was so welcoming and the rooms were spotless and airy, roomy with fabulous views. We had a swim and a steam in the relaxing spa and breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Check out was simple and the staff are thoughtful, friendly and a credit to Jurys Inn Brighton Waterfront. The attention to detail was exceptional. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel is nice overall - the staff are very friendly and kind, rooms spacious, breakfast ok and the location is superb. Our room had a spacious bed, a sofa and a small table which was very convenient.However, all the good things were ruined by poor housekeeping.Our room carpet was not hoovered, the bathroom was dirty with body fat on the wall tiles and the bath edges, the drain was blocked as the water was going down very slowly, the toilet was dirty inside (no toilet brush used after the previous guest I guess) and the toilet seat had yellow and brown marks underneath.The bathroom door had no lock, the sink had a crack in it and there was no toilet brush available. I also prefer to have a shower hose that you can hold and not the rain-type shower.The cleaning standards should improve significantly and the showers should be deep cleaned regularly.I also got confused with the parking, as there is the Lanes car park at the left side of the hotel, and one more at the front entrance. The one at the front entrance is underground and it says that it belongs to the hotel. However, if you have a ridiculously big SUV like me, I don’t think you can fit it as the entrance is very small. I think it’s worth mentioning it on the website. I ended up parking elsewhere.Good overall but could be much better. If I decided to stay in Brighton again, I would choose another hotel.

Localização perfeita, em frente ao mar e perto de Brighton Pier, bem como The Lanes. O hotel é muito limpo, os funcionários foram educados e simpáticos e o quarto era ótimo. Tivemos um quarto duplo e ficamos muito felizes em encontrar duas camas de casal! O quarto era muito limpo e tranquilo. Café-da-manhã foi maravilhoso também, com muito por onde escolher. Acho que o horário de check-in às 16h parece bastante tarde, felizmente poderíamos deixar nossas malas na recepção para sair antes do check-in e depois do check-out. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente neste hotel! Altamente recomendado para uma estadia em Brighton.

Ficamos no hotel por 3 noites e tivemos um grande momento! Nosso quarto com vista para o mar era espaçoso, limpo com uma vista incrível do mar! Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado que foi imediatamente resolvido e resolvido. Ótimas experiências de atendimento ao cliente em geral! Bom padrão de café da manhã que é servido até as 11h. De todos os hotéis de frente para o mar em Brighton, ficamos antes que é o melhor hotel até agora. Nós definitivamente voltaremos!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a great time! Our room with a sea side view was spacious, clean with an amazing view of the sea!
We had an issue with the air conditioning which was immediately addressed and resolved.
Great customer service experiences in general!
Good standard of breakfast that is served till 11am.
Out of all the sea front hotels in Brighton we stayed before that is the best hotel so far. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, across the road from the seafront and near Brighton Pier as well as The Lanes. The hotel is very clean, the staff were polite and friendly and the room was great. We had a twin room and we were very happy to find two double beds! The room was very clean and peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful too, with lots to choose from. I think 4pm check in time seems rather late, luckily we could leave our bags with Reception in order to go out before check in as well as after checking out. I would definitely stay in this hotel again! Highly recommended for a stay in Brighton.

Lindo hotel em localização perfeita em frente à água e perto do cais. Grande área de recepção e decoração agradável. Buffet de café-da-manhã foi perfeito. Quartos confortáveis com banheira. A praia é toda de seixos, no entanto, meus filhos ainda adoravam brincar nela. Tanta ação em torno deste hotel e muitos restaurantes para escolher. Estacionamento conveniente dentro de casa.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location just in front of the water and close to pier. Large reception area and nice decor. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Rooms comfortable with bath. Beach is all pebbles however my kids still loved playing on it. So much action around this hotel and many restaurants to choose from. Convenient parking indoors.

Fiquei aqui para uma conferência de 4 dias. Localização para o centro de conferências foi muito bom. Eu tinha um quarto no 1º andar por causa da mobilidade limitada. O quarto era de bom tamanho, mas a cama era um pouco alta, especialmente para alguém com mobilidade limitada. O chuveiro era bom, mas a bandeja do chuveiro era muito lenta para drenar e a tampa do ralo apenas flutuava. As chaves do quarto pararam de funcionar duas vezes em uma estadia de cinco noites. Não apenas um cartão, mas ambos e eu os mantive separados e longe de qualquer coisa que pudesse interferir em sua programação. Café-da-manhã foi bom que não eles ficando sem geléia! Também ovos mexidos emborrachados uma manhã. Eu jantei lá algumas noites e o frango com limão e tomilho foi adorável, embora não tenha sido servido da mesma forma nas duas vezes que comi. Uma noite veio com uma salada de repolho na outra noite não. Eu não mencionei isso porque a salada de repolho não é mencionada no menu, embora tenha sido melhor com ela! Ao todo, foi uma estadia OK, mas não vale o dinheiro

Esperamos en la recepción del hotel hasta las 16 horas para hacer el check in, un grupo de más de 30 personas porque las habitaciones no estaban listas, cuando en todos los hoteles del mundo el check in es a las 12,. Para colmo a la hora de dormir una mancha enorme sospechosa en la sábana, asqueroso.

I stayed here for a 4 day conference. Location for the conference centre was quite good.
I had a 1st floor room because of limited mobility. The room was a good size but the bed was a bit high especially for someone who has limited mobility.
The shower was good but the shower tray was very slow to drain and the drain cover just floated around.
The room keys stopped working twice on a five night stay. Not just one card but both and I kept them separate and away from anything that could interfere with their programing.
Breakfast was good other than them running out of jam! Also rubbery scrambled eggs one morning.
I had dinner there a couple of nights and the Lemon and Thyme chicken was lovely although wasn't served the same both times I had it. One night it came with a coleslaw the other night it didn't. I didn't mention this as coleslaw isn't mention on the menu although it was better with it!
All in all it was an OK stay but not worth the money

Great rooms, I was one of the lucky ones with the perfect view, my friend didn't, she had buildings.
Only critique was the shower water pressure and temperature wasn't great.
Reception was really friendly and helpful, as well as the staff being the bar and dining hall.
Beds were so lovely and massive.
The rooms were spacious, perfect for a short stay. Highly recommend.

Inmejorable ubicación muy cerca del Brighton Pier en primera línea de playa. Desde mi habitación veía el mar nada más despertar. Trato amable y correcto. Por poner una pega, un tanto anticuado pero nada importante.
