This is a very nice hotel right in the heart of the Theatre District. It was also a convenient walk to several London sights like the Tate Britain, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, etc.

Just had an Away Day event at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much for them. The staff were very polite and professional.

Amazing hotel. The culture barrier caused a few difficulties when I needed a sheet set for a pullout couch bed, but other than that the service was phenomenal, timely and the staff were all very professional and helpful! I'd stay here again!

A wonderful Hotel in a very central location close to Victoria Station. Would have been fives stars except that our room was too warm and air didn't work properly. We called, they said they would send someone.....no one came. We would stay again!

Appears newly renovated. Clean. Quiet. Everything in the room is controlled by three central controllers located throughout the room. The staff at the front desk were very approachable. Would consider staying here again.
