Vila Nova de Gaia

Hotel acolhedor, bastante moderno e com uma bela decoração. Apreciamos tudo, o pequeno almoço, o atendimento, o quarto, os espaços comuns. Bons acessos e vista magnifica.

Preço justo para a qualidade do hotel. Recepção simpática, estava tudo bem limpo, bons acessos, relativamente perto do centro do Porto. Gostei particularmente da decoração e do profissionalismo por parte dos funcionários, não posso deixar de mencionar o pequeno almoço que estava excelente.

Gostei muita da forma que fomos recebidos, da decoração do hotel, o nosso quarto era bastante aconchegante e moderno, o pequeno almoço fantástico. É um hotel com bons profissionais. Quando voltar ao Porto ficarei aqui certamente!

A equipa do hotel ė muito atenciosa, a limpeza boa, os espaços acolhedores, o quarto confortåvel e silencioso e o pequeno almoço diversificado. Não poderia pedir melhor para uma noite. Recomendo, sem dúvida!

Tive uma ötima experiência neste hotel. A vista do quarto era fenomenal, o pequeno almoço delicioso e variado, pude verificar que o quarto estava muito limpo e era bastante confortåvel, o staff foi sempre muito preståvel, o hotel até nos surpreendeu com um ramo, champanhe e uma bela decoração na cama porque comemoravamos 30 anos de casados nesse dia, foram muito agradáveis e não podiamos estar mais satisfeitos.

Tuve una gran experiencia en este hotel. La vista desde la habitación fue fenomenal, el desayuno delicioso y variado, pude ver que la habitación estaba muy limpia y muy cómoda, el personal siempre fue muy servicial, el hotel incluso nos sorprendió con un ramo de flores, champagne y una linda decoración en la cama porque ese día estábamos celebrando 30 años de matrimonio, fueron muy agradables y no podríamos estar más satisfechos.

Comimos en el restaurante, bufett. Buena calidad. Variedad. Algunos producros y postres, no los reponen cuándo se acaban. Buena atencion. Precio 12.50 bufett, Bebida aparte 3€ una cerveza.

Muy mala ubicación, sin transporte al centro a pesar q lo anuncian y la habitacion muy pequeña y el baño no cabe ni una persona , la bolsa de aseo en el suelo !! Con eso esta todo dicho en recepcion no saben ni siquiera si se ve la tve española nos gastamos un dinero en taxis y uber

Excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they do whatever is necessary to be sure you are comfortable. Outstanding rooms and very quiet at night. Loved that I was able to control the AC. Excellent breakfast, fresh and with a good variety. The hotel is located in the Gais side so is quite and more relaxed but just a short walk to the Luis bridge. The hotel also has a shuttle service that will take you into Porto. Definitely would recommend this hotel and stay there if I’m in the area again.

Lovely friendly hotel convenient to metro and walking. Very good service and cleanliness. Breakfast was fresh and well maintained buffet. Quiet room with amenities. Although the bed and pillows were too hard for me. Modern and fresh.

Located across the bridge, a short (but hilly) walk from the Metro. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean but had sound transmission issues - we could hear other guests and also staff when they walked down the hallway. Decor was over the top. Wifi was soooo slow. There is a free shuttle service but we never used it. Breakfast spread was great! Lots of options, including hot foods (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon) and fresh fruit.

Had a lovely 4-nights stay at the Rubens Hotel in Gaia. Very delightful place, clean & with nice complimentary toiletries ;). The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet has a good variety & speed of refills ensures all items are available for grab. The hotel is also a very short walk from a view point & the Luis I bridge, and also from Porto city centre. Will definitely choose to stay in Rubens Gaia again when returning to the area.
