Stayed here because of a delayed flight over Christmas. All my respect to the staff working this hotel over the holiday. They were respectful and kept a happy face for people who understandably were letdown. They even gave us an extra-complimentary dinner.

Nice hotel but the room is very small. I was with a friend and asked for 2 beds but the request was rudely denied by a grumpy receptionist. The receptionist is neither helpful nor cheerful. He made us feel very unwelcomed.

The basic rooms are small but equipped with everything that you need. The lobby ist nice. What seemed to me ist the head of stuff is very friendly. Night reception was a bit harsh, but that's probably why they are just on night shift. Overall a good choice for the price.

Nice hotel, near the airport. The prices are great, however, they are reflected in the very small rooms. At least the one I got. Next time I will get a bigger one. Rooms though were very clean indeed. Really nice and complete breakfast with various choices. Personnel was very helpful and polite. Overall a nice value for money hotel.

Had to find an emergency room for the night after my flight was cancelled late at night. The hotel offered an excellent location for assessing the airport. There is a bus stop on the opposite side which has connections to the airport (5 minutes trip early in the morning). With bus no 175 you can also get to Warsaw Central train station and the older town although for sightseeing I would probably choose a more central location. The hotel is modern with well equipped rooms. You get a complimentary bottle of water too. Easy check out - just drop your room card into the box on three lift and you are free to go.
