Money is ok for a spot like this.the problem is that the rooms are very small and there’s nowhere to put/hang your clothes.furthermore ,it’s the first time in my life that the breakfast wasn’t a buffet but we ordered like in a restaurant between very few options and lots of them didn’t even exist (we asked them to add them and they did the next day).but serving breakfast without gloves during a pandemic?is this the right thing?
They gave us the attic.ok we’re not that tall.but,what if we were?we weren’t even asked if we can/like to stay at the attic.i didn’t make a scene because I was in a good mood and I overpassed it—even though I hit my head several times in that room.and I’m short.
Last but not least —when you ask for no room service (always due to the pandemic),they should respect it.nice bed.

The pictures of the private room on Expedia were beautiful; they showed wooden beams in the room that elongated the ceiling, with a balcony, and a great street view. It looked luxurious online so I decided to book it. I showed up to a tiny room, with no wooden beams, no balcony, and a view of a brick wall. The water was literally luke warm on 5 out of the 7 days I stayed here. When I told the front desk on a Day 2 they said they will have the mechanic check the boiler. I’m sure they say that a lot because nothing changed. The room had a slight musky, damp smell to it. It’s still a cool space, but not what was expected. It’s in a great location and close to everything, the bathroom is spacious and it’s very clean. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so it is what it is. I sorta like it but wish it showed me what I was going to actually get at the time of booking. So, if you want the room you see in the pics on Expedia (even at the time of booking) make sure you choose the “Deluxe Room” or you’ll be in for a surprise. #hotel #questionable #portugal

The hotel room was nice. The lobby could use an face lift. The check in would have been okay, but the receptionist "said I need a real ID", which was offensive since the ID was an internationally recognized Geneva convention ID.

Para quem é alto o ultimo piso com vista não aconselho pelo desnível do tecto, consegue avistar o castelo mas considero a vista q.b. simpatia dos funcionários embora ache que uma senhora com uma mala poderia ser sempre ajudada a chegar ao elevador.nota negativa para a limpesa da pequena varanda. Cama confortável.

Ótima relação custo-benefício, quarto pequeno mas acolhedor e moderno mesmo no centro de lisboa, de salientar que não estacionamento, deixamos o carro no parque de estacionamento dos restauradores (24h = 23 Euros)

Actually a pretty nice hotel. Service sometimes very sarcastic, sometimes nice. Breakfast was, due to corona, a disaster: the breakfast had to be serviced and they were clearly not professional waiters. Rooms were nice.

We chose this hotel to spend a weekend in Lisbon during our road-trip in Portugal.The hotel is perfectly located, literally next to Praça de Comercio. Please take into account parking can be a nightmare unless you are ok to spend 44 euros per day in the closest parkings.The room we chose had a balcony to the street. It wasn’t that big when it comes to the size. A bit unpractical to our taste (too many cushions, towels hangers accross the bathroom).Personally, we have never been fans of carpets. Find it dirty and old-fashioned.The room phone wasn’t working and we had to use our mobile phone to teach the reception.I must mention there specifically a staff member, Sofía, who was wonderful and extremely nice and helpful when it came to help us solving a little inconvenience we had on our own (lost wallet).Overall, our stay was ok. But little things would make it better if the management put attention to the details.

Un hotel maravilloso, cerca delcentro histórico de Lisboa, castillo de San Jorge, plaza del comercio y a 10metros un elevador donde podrás disfrutar de unas vistas impresionantes. La atención del personal de 10, sobre todo Francisco, el recepcionista. Sólo mejoraría la calidad del buffet desayuno. Un zumo natural sienta mejor que uno de cartón.
