AVOID. I booked a room here, then days later the hotel contacted me to say the room wasn't available and their booking system isn't working properly. They offered me an alternative room in a much cheaper, lower star hotel and now are not answering the phone when I'm trying to contact them. To offer me a lower star, cheaper room than what I paid for because of an error with their hotel system without even so much as offering an upgrade and then to not be contactable is a disgrace.

Good location: close to many restaurants and bars; similar distance to montmartre and opera. Clean and nice rooms (do not expect good views, though). Breakfast was correct (eggs, bacon, juice, croissants specially good)

The hotel is clean and nice. In a perfect location just few steps from tge subway. The room is nice. Not at all small! And the bathroom is almost the same size of the room! Definitely a good hotel
