Hotel fortemente desencorajado… encurtamos a nossa estadia. quartos, toalhas sujas, banheiro não vamos falar sobre isso cabelo, cabelo permanece de gel de banho sem limpeza. Em tempos de Covid, é vergonhoso. Ninguém na recepção ... obviamente, muitas reclamações para as mesmas reclamações, mas obviamente isso não muda curto, não reservar
Hoje queríamos ficar ... Depois de fazer a reserva no booking.com, não consegui ficar. Após o telefonema da Booking.com, tudo correu bem até a chegada. Chegada vve 21:10 na recepção ninguém na frente do hotel duas outras pessoas em vão tentando chegar ao hotel. Instruções e instruções depois das 20:00 quando a recepção está fechada que o código chegará ao e-mail (nenhum veio) tentámos ligar para os dois números de telefone mas sem sucesso. Então nos reunimos e fomos embora. Três km adiante, um bom hotel e acomodação agora. Eu acho que sim.
Hotel bom, um pouco longe do centro, mas é um bairro calmo e bonito.

Um bom hotel uma localizado em lugar espetacular
Ficamos no quarto andar. tivemos o azar de ser numa semana onde o dia em que ficamos teve 22 graus. E nos dias anteriores nao ultrapassou os 15 graus. Ou seja com apenas um dia quente o quarto parecia uma sauna. De dia ainda abrimos a janela e ligamos uma ventoinha existente. Mas de noite não se aguentava. AC não ecistia, mas isso ja eu sabia. Fora este detalhe havia limpeza e o quarto era bom..
Ótimas instalações, longe do centro porém perto de uma estação
Não sei quem fica com o hotel à noite, mas ele é um grande preguiçoso! Apresentei-me em frente ao hotel, liguei para o número exibido na entrada para fazer o check in em bom estado. Passei de 10 a 15 minutos esperando alguém responder. Eu até ouvi o telefone tocar! Em seguida, fui para outra solução, complicada pelo tempo. Liguei uma última vez enquanto caminhava, só para garantir. Mas ao passar pela esplanada do restaurante ao lado, ouvi este telefone tocar mais perto, vi então um jovem fumando um baseado, acompanhado de uma bebida, telefone a tocar, deitado no chão. lado. Desligo então, e o telefone do jovem para de tocar ... Não estou lhe contando a troca que se seguiu. Sua desculpa: "gnagna gna de qualquer maneira estamos completos". Teria sido o suficiente para sair da isca rapaz e avisar a pessoa que insiste e pode não ter planejado uma segunda solução. É egoísmo reagir assim quando você deveria estar trabalhando, não se drogando no quintal! Felizmente a noite terminou bem com a competição. Olhando para os outros comentários, esta é talvez a melhor coisa que me aconteceu na noite no final. Gestores: Reaja !!!

Um bom hotel simples e eficiente. Possibilidade de chegar tarde da noite! Excelente sistema de check-in tardio. Por contras, imposto do país de 20 € dói na carteira ^^
Quarto muito agradável e confortável. Tivemos uma estadia agradável de 1 noite neste hotel durante a minha estadia em Bruxelas. Embora muito bastante, mas muito perto de muitos pontos turísticos, como atomium e outros lugares. Muito bom pequeno-almoço e teve uma boa interação com o proprietário também.
Hotel confortable situado en un residencial muy tranquilo a las afueras de Bruselas. Las únicas pegas son lo alejado que está del centro y los horarios de check in (a partir de las 4 de la tarde).

Hotel was OK. Rooms were clean and quite big for 2 persons. Nice stuff.
We booked this hotel in Brussels we arrived early by 30 minutes our rooms was not ready until 3 but the man on reception said true we had children with us we could have a room what was a reading cleaned on arriving to the room we notice nothing in the room has been touched we went back downstairs to reception only for no one to be seen or to be heard we waited in the lobby for two-and-a-half hours for someone to come back onto reception this we told them what happened and they said the cleaner cleaning the room ask told him he must come upstairs to have a look at the hotel room and by your good judgement you tell us if you think the room is cleaned there was no more rooms available for us to stay so they had to refunded back our money we took herself any children and went to a nice hotel well it was a lovely day we was only going for 4 days end up spending two weeks
Simple hotel, no frills , clean and warm rooms with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. There is a bar for residents with a nice outdoor beer garden , parking is easy. Vending machines for drinks and snacks in reception. Quiet residential area.
Was nice to be here. The room was nice, having our own bathroom was nice. The bed is good. And metro station is not too far away. But the elevator is falling apart. The whole building is very humid inside. The area is very noisy. Parking is basically free in front of the building. So u don't need to buy extra parking fees if there is no space, park across the street. It was nice tho.
Very nice and comfortable room. Had a pleasant 1 night stay in this hotel during my stay at Brussels. Although very quite but quite near to many tourist spots like atomium and other places. Very nice breakfast and had a nice interaction with the owner as well.

Hotel pequeñito pero muy limpio y ordenado. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque la mayoría del tiempo no había nadie en recepción aunque si es verdad que para nosotros no nos perjudicó a la hora de hacer check in ni check out. Está alejado de la ciudad pero es perfecto si quieres alejarte del turismo ya que es un barrio residencial y tranquilo. Se puede aparcar gratis en las inmediaciones. Las habitaciones tienen nevera y aire acondicionado. Lo único a cambiar sería las almohadas que son muy bajas, por lo demás todo genial.
Hotel muy cómodo, un poco lejos del casco central pero muy cerca de la estación Splanade. La comodidad de la cama puede mejorar, pero lo demás, está muy bien.
Lugar, muy retirado del centro, sucio y con un administrador desagradable. El desayuno muy pobre.
Good value for money. Neat and clean though not very modern. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is a bit out of main transport access and city centre.
Spacious, modern rooms. Nice size TV. Ample desk. Good value. Soundproofing could be better, though (at night, we hear the airplanes taking off/approaching the nearby airport).
