Lugar agradável, muito simpática equipe. A única razão pela qual eu não dei 5 estrelas é porque, embora estivéssemos em um quarto para não fumantes, o corredor ainda cheirava a fumo obsoleto. Um pouco de ambientador está em ordem. O quarto foi impecáveis, o café-da-manhã foi nice, os banheiros também foram impecáveis, a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem foram muito relaxante! Eu recomendaria definitivamente e ficar lá novamente!

Ótima localização. Não é dos mais limpos, os cabelos na banheira parecem sempre ser esquecidos. O tapete precisa de uma limpeza profunda, mofo no banheiro. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos!

Nice location. Not the cleanest, hair's in the tub seem to always be missed. Carpet needs deep cleaning, mold in the bathroom. Staff are really friendly!

Nunca escrevi uma crítica sobre um hotel, mas senti que deveria. Os lençóis estavam sujos, claramente não mudados em relação ao hóspede anterior, o que me fez desconfiar de qualquer outra coisa sendo limpa. O telefone não foi atendido pela recepção em nenhuma das várias vezes que liguei. A porta do corredor para fora não trancou e estava aberta o tempo todo. Duas salas do outro lado do corredor estavam abertas e bagunçadas como se estivessem sendo trabalhadas, mas nada se moveu durante todo o tempo que estivemos lá (incluindo a caixa de vinho perto das ferramentas). Eu diria que definitivamente existem opções melhores e recomendo que você as explore antes de reservar um quarto aqui.

Nunca escribí una reseña de un hotel, pero sentí que tenía que hacerlo. Las sábanas estaban sucias, claramente no cambiadas del huésped anterior, lo que me hizo desconfiar de que cualquier otra cosa estuviera limpia. El teléfono no fue contestado por la recepción ninguna de las varias veces que llamé. La puerta del pasillo que daba al exterior no se cerraba con llave y estaba abierta en todo momento. Dos habitaciones al otro lado del pasillo estaban abiertas y desordenadas como si estuvieran trabajando, pero nada se movió durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí (incluida la caja de vino junto a las herramientas). Yo diría que definitivamente hay mejores opciones y te recomiendo que las explores antes de reservar una habitación aquí.

I’ve never written a hotel review, but felt I had to.
The sheets were dirty, clearly not changed from the previous guest, which made me distrustful of anything else being clean. The phone was not answered by the front desk any of the several times I called. The hallway door to the outside did not lock and was open at all times. Two rooms across the hall were open and messy as if they were being worked on, but nothing moved the entire time we were there (including the box of wine sitting near the tools).
I’d say there are definitely better options and I recommend you explore them before you book a room here.

Stayed here with my family (2 adults + 4&5 yr old daughters) on the way home from Mount Rushmore & a stop by the Evan plunge pool.
Comfortable & nice, great staff & a refreshing wonderful fresh hot breakfast (Even with the sticky waffles). Thanks for a great last night in S.D.

When we arrived you could definitely tell they kept the hotel clean and cleanliness is very important to me. We had a suite and the suite was larger than most suites I have been in. The bed was very comfy. Great soft pillows. They had a pool and a hot tub And free breakfast in the morning. Staff was very nice.!

Pros: pool was heated. I can't swim in most pools because they are freezing this pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was great except possibly too much chlorine as my eyes were burning sitting for a while with jets on. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Con: breakfast was terrible. Waffle mix has got to be off. Sour taste even with syrup. Biscuits were rock hard and orange juice was watered down. No fresh fruit.

Os quartos são limpos e hotel é o de Nice dentro. Ótimo café da manhã. Piscina é um pouco pequena, mas funciona E as crianças se divertem! Sala de ginástica e banheira de hidromassagem são bons para adultos !! Definitivamente recomendo este lugar !!

Las habitaciones están limpias y el hotel es bonito por dentro. Gran desayuno La piscina es un poco pequeña pero funciona y los niños la disfrutan! Sala de ejercicios y jacuzzi son agradables para adultos! Sin duda recomendaría este lugar !!

Rooms are clean and hotel is nice inside.Great breakfast.Pool is a bit small but works And kids enjoy it! Exercise room and hot tub are nice for adults!! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Lugar agradable, personal muy amable. La única razón por la que no le di 5 estrellas es porque aunque estábamos en una habitación para no fumadores, el pasillo aún olía a humo viejo. Un poco de ambientador está en orden. La habitación estaba impecable, el desayuno era bueno, los baños también estaban impecables, la piscina y el jacuzzi eran muy relajantes! Sin duda lo recomiendo y me quedaré allí de nuevo!

Nice place,very friendly staff.The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because even though we were in a non smoking room,the hallway still smelled like stale smoke.A little air freshener is in order. The room was spotless, the breakfast was nice, bathrooms were also spotless,the pool and hot tub were very relaxing! I would definitely recommend and stay there again!
