I will never book this hotel again. The room was nasty, tv barely worked, the hot water never got hot enough to take a bath, the refrigerator didnt get cold but some of the people at the front desk were nice. Oh and the handicap parking is further away from the front door than the regular parks and when we leave out and come back all regular parks close by the entry were taken.

Muito mal O dinheiro não vale a pena ficar neste hotel, pois as camas eram muito desconfortáveis e as molas estavam saindo do sofá e todas quebradas. Fez compain na recepção, mas sem uso. Quando pedi o reembolso, eles negaram totalmente.

O serviço ao cliente neste local foi absolutamente horrível. Quando cheguei pela primeira vez, a pessoa da recepção perguntou por que eu estava lá de maneira anóica, como se eu a estivesse incomodando. Quando chegamos ao quarto, descobrimos que não havia lençóis ou travesseiros para a cama dobrável onde nossos filhos iriam dormir. Tentei ligar para a recepção, mas ninguém respondeu até cerca de 20 toques (mesma pessoa irritada). Ela me disse que eu teria que descer para pegar os lençóis na recepção. Quando desci, ela foi procurar alguma coisa. Ela voltou com alguns lençóis, mas sem cobertor e apenas um travesseiro. Quando pedi um cobertor e um segundo travesseiro, ela recusou e disse que não havia mais disponível. Pedi então para falar com um gerente e fui informado de que ele havia saído para o dia. Pedi a ela para ligar para ele então porque queria falar com o gerente. Ela o fez, mas o gerente se recusou a falar comigo e disse que eu teria que esperar até segunda de manhã. Era um sábado à noite e nossa família estava programada para sair no domingo de manhã. I então procedeu para garantir hospedagem em um Hampton Inn no final da estrada (eles ainda concordaram em combinar o preço do Best Western). Cancelei então nossa estadia no Best Western, pois eles poderiam ou não nos fornecer o serviço que tínhamos reservado e solicitei um reembolso total. Foi-me dito novamente que eu teria que falar com o gerente na segunda-feira. Deixei uma mensagem para o gerente entrar em contato comigo sobre o reembolso e nunca tive retorno.Eu recomendo que você NÃO fique neste hotel!!!

The customer service at this location was absolutely horrible. When I first arrived, the front desk person asked my why I was there in an anoid manner as if I was incoveniencing her. When we got to the room, we discovered there were no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed where our kids were going to sleep. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered until about 20 rings (same annoyed person). She told me I would have to come down to get the sheets from the front desk. When I went down, she went to find something. She came back with some sheets but no blanket and only one pillow. When I asked for a blanket and a second pillow, she refused and said there were no more available. I then asked to speak to a manager and was informed he had left for the day. I asked her to call him then because I wanted to talk to the manager. She did, but the manager refused to talk to me and said I would have to wait until Monday morning. This was a Saturday evening and our family was scheduled to leave Sunday morning. I then proceeded to secure lodging at a Hampton Inn down the road (they even agreed to match the Best Western price). I then canceled our stay at the Best Western since they could or wouldn't provide us the service we had reserved and requested a full refund. I was told again I would have to talk to the manager on Monday. I left a message for the manager to contact me regarding the refund and I never heard back.
I highly recommend you do NOT stay at this hotel property!!!

Muito insatisfeito com a minha estadia. As aberturas da sala estavam cobertas de poeira. Quando você abriu a torneira da pia do banheiro, cheirava a esgoto e o chuveiro estava sujo. Havia marcas nas paredes e o colchão era desconfortável. O topo da pia do banheiro era nojento, como se não tivesse sido limpo. Havia comida deixada no micro-ondas de uma pessoa anterior. Toda vez que íamos para a recepção Nunca havia ninguém lá. Definitivamente não vou voltar!

O hotel não era nada parecido com o que mostra nas fotos, o quarto que eles fornecem não estava limpo, eles nos mudam para um diferente, mas esse quarto não foi usado por um tempo, havia poeira por toda parte, a moldura do espelho estava quebrada, a cama rangia com qualquer movimento mínimo, Não consegui dormir, o café da manhã estava ok. Toda a experiência foi terrível, lugar desagradável. não é o que eu esperava que normalmente fazemos check-out estendido, mas neste hotel saímos antes mesmo do horário do check-out. Eu nunca vou recomendar este hotel ou qualquer hotel desta marca.

Muy insatisfecho con mi estancia. Los conductos de ventilación de la habitación estaban cubiertos de polvo. Cuando dejaste correr el agua en el lavabo del baño, olía a alcantarilla y la alcachofa de la ducha estaba sucia. Había marcas en las paredes y el colchón era incómodo. La parte superior del lavabo del baño estaba asquerosa, como si no la hubieran limpiado. Quedaba comida en el microondas de una persona anterior. Cada vez que íbamos a la recepción, nunca había nadie allí. ¡Definitivamente no volveré!

Hotel was nothing like what it show in the pictures, the room they provide was not clean they move us to a different but that room was not use for a while there were dust everywhere, mirror frame was broken, bed creaked with any minimum movement, I couldn’t sleep at all, breakfast was ok. The whole experience was terrible, unpleasant place. not what I expected we normally do extended check out but on this hotel we left even before check out time. I will never recommend this hotel or any hotel on this brand.

Very dissatisfied with my stay. The vents in the room were caked in dust. When you ran the water in the bathroom sink it smelled like the sewer and the shower head was filthy. There were marks on the walls and the mattress was uncomfortable. The top of the bathroom sink was disgusting, like it hasn't been wiped. There was food left in the microwave from a previous person. Everytime we went to the front desk There was never anyone There. Definitely not coming back!

É um telhado e 4 paredes. Não espere muito mais. A equipe foi amigável, mas o quarto era terrível. Este lugar está precisando desesperadamente de atualização! Fiquei aqui com minha esposa e 3 filhos. O quarto tinha 2 camas de casal e um "sofá-cama". A retirada pode ter sido adequada quando foi comprada pela primeira vez, mas parece que foi há décadas. Mesmo como um sofá, as almofadas são tão comprimidas que quase não funcionam. Nós compramos colchões de ar para compensar e o quarto tem muito espaço. Uma das camas fica a centímetros do ar-condicionado e é o único lugar da sala que realmente esfria. Não há tomadas elétricas perto o suficiente para 5 pessoas. Não consegui usar meu CPAP por causa do número e da localização dos pontos de venda. Não há placas de fumo em todos os lugares, mas o nosso quarto, o corredor, o elevador, o lobby, todos cheiram como um poço de fumaça. O hotel é difícil de ir e vir. Eu poderia continuar e continuar. Passei mais de 100 noites em hotéis este ano e esta é a maior decepção. Eu não recomendo.

It's a roof and 4 walls. Don't expect much more. The staff was friendly but the room was terrible. This place is in desperate need of updating! I stayed here with my wife and 3 kids. The room had 2 double beds and a "pullout". The pullout may have been adequate when it was first purchased but that seems like it was decades ago. Even as a couch the cushions are so compressed that it is barely functional. We purchased air mattresses to compensate and the room does have a lot of floor space. One of the beds is inches from the air conditioner and that is the only place in the room that actually cooled off. There are not near enough electrical outlets for 5 people. I was unable to use my CPAP because of the number and placement of outlets. There are no smoking signs everywhere but our room,the hallway,the elevator,the lobby all smell like a smoke pit. The hotel is difficult to get to and from.I could go on and on. I have spent over 100 nights in hotels this year and this one is the biggest disappointment. I do not recommend.

O quarto está ok. Cama king size grande com sofá feito de material no qual eu não me sentia confortável sentado. Eu sei que não pode ser fácil mantê-los limpos, mas certamente investir em couro ou algo assim seria muito melhor facilmente limpo parece ótimo.O hotel é bastante moderno, mas por dentro já viu dias melhores, os quartos tiveram problemas com vazamentos de água, má manutenção ou construção ruim, é a inserção de plástico e tudo lacrado ainda parecia áspero.O café da manhã foi o pior continental ótimo se você quiser comer pão torrado e leite eu fico longe disso, acabei pegando o café da manhã e a tarifa deste lugar não vale o dinheiro infelizmente.Piscina interna e pequena.

Room is ok large king size bed with couch made from material which l wasn’t comfortable sitting on l know it can’t be easy keeping them clean but surely investing in leather or something like that would be way better easily cleaned looks great.The hotel is fairly modern but well inside has seen better days the rooms have had issues water leaks poor maintenance or poor construction it’s the plastic inset and all sealed still looked rough.The breakfast was the worst continental great if you want to eat toast bagels and milk I stay away from that, ended up getting breakfast out and the rate of this place isn’t worth the money unfortunately.Pool inside and small.

Kids had a blast in the pool. Rooms were very clean. The guy Carlton at the front desk was very kind, attentive, and very patient. There were a lot of us we had 6 rooms with a lot of children. He really made me give this hotel 5 stars because of his great customer service

Rooms were good. Pool was nice. The 2 ladies at check in were nice but the guy at check out was very very rude. The house keeper didn't speak English im assuming or he just ignored me while I was asking for stuff. The pull out king bed didn't have linens or a pillow had to ask and when I did there was no more blankets or pillows. The breakfast was just cereal oranges and apples. There was 1 muffin at 745. I'd come back over all for the rooms itself but the customer service needs to be worked on.

Estacionamento gratuito e café da manhã. Velho e baixo manter motel. Eu estava no 5º andar. O chão da sala é coberto com azulejos (banheiro), vinil e carpete. Os assoalhos parecem completamente novos no primeiro relance porém estão sujos quando eu ando nele. Ventilador do banheiro não é forte o suficiente, luminárias são velhas e quebradas. Roupa de cama tem cheiro de lixívia. O serviço de recepção é bom.

Este hotel é uma fraude !!! O sofá-cama em nosso quarto tinha sangue de época no colchão !! Reclamei no check-in: disseram que cuidariam disso e nunca fizeram. O café da manhã continental é cereais desatualizados e leite morno. O gerente era desagradável e fica furioso quando você o responsabiliza! Ele grita e desliga você! O pessoal rouba !! Eu relatei que faltavam meus itens e ele ficou tipo: então! Por favor, evite uma dor de cabeça e desperdício de dinheiro!

This hotel is a fraud!!! The pullout sofa in our room had period blood on the mattress!! I complained upon checking in:they said they would take care of it and they never did. The continental breakfast is out of date cereal and luke warm milk. The manager was obnoxious and becomes angry when you hold him accountable! He yells and hangs up you!The staff steals!! I reported my items missing and he pretty much was like: so! Please save yourself a headache and the waste of money!

Free parking and breakfast. Old and low maintain motel.I was on the 5th floor. The room floor is covered with tile (bathroom),vinyl and carpet.The floors look quite new in the first glance however they are dirty when I walk on it.Bathroom fan is not strong enough,fixtures are old and broken. Bedding has bleach smell. The desk service is nice.
