Our week long stay was great. Room was very clean, small kitchen, pet friendly. Free breakfast, staff was great as well. Would definitely recommend anyone passing to stay here.

DOES NOT ALLOW SERVICE ANIMALS Offered my service animal ID and front desk said “sorry it’s a pet either way”. Called cooperate to request back our “pet fee” charge so they put in a complaint to the hotel that will be responded to in 4 to 6 business days. The hotels ignorance of ADA laws happens, but cooperates… never staying here again and would not recommend for anyone staying with a disability. My service animal is not a complaint. My service animal is not a pet. Do better.

Absolutely not satisfied with our first stay at this place. First of all it greeted us with dirt on the bottom of the hut tub. This thing should be cleaned way more properly. Second frustrating part that we had to face was the absence of half of the channels that on the TV (As it says they provide 50 channels). Well, be ready to get bare minimum of that and the work of a Wi-Fi was so weak that I couldn’t even connect my laptop. The grand finale was being woken up at 7am (absolutely wonderful to get 5 hours of sleep after driving all day to be able to see a concert and have fun. Me and my husband from Iowa state. Quite a bit of a drive on the first place) by the fire alarm because of the burned eggs on the kitchen. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not. After requesting a refund nothing was done, as well as promised discount for the stay was not done and everything was charged as it was. Would I recommend it for anyone? If you’re in need of such adventures, you always can make a reservation. 0/10. The first bad experience with the hotel.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean and quiet. The location is very convenient but the grounds need a lot of work. There is a half built, and possibly abandoned, restaurant on one side and a music store that went out of business on the other side. The grass and landscaping need quite a bit of cleaning up.

A front desk woman who was likely in their late 40s, Black, had short dreads, and wore glasses was very rude. She was passive aggressive from the start when I asked if we could get a little more time to check out. We came to the decision we’d just stay another night. It was obvious she didn’t want us there. She said we’d have to wait outside until we booked which we politely abided by even though it was snowing and ridiculous. When I tried to book she assumed I didn’t have the means to pay and attempted to be condescending with many questions like “do you know what a bank card is.” When I asked for her name so I could report her unprofessionalism she left the front desk and called me the profanity b-word and referred to me as “little girl.” Not sure if I was profiled because I am young and a black female but I definitely know this woman lessens the quality of this establishment because the service would otherwise be 4 stars. It’s very disappointing to see a fellow black woman treat another with such prejudice.
