Room was clean, Bed was comfy, hot tub was clean and not too crowded most nights, shuttle was convenient and much appreciated since we weren't familiar with the area. Staff was excellent!! The room had a strange somewhat overwhelming smell! Smelled like cleaning product in carpet was too much! Had to spray febreeze to make it bearable. Some Kids pulled the fire alarm and we had to evacuate!!

Very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to access rooms, lobby, front desk and swimming pool. I will.definitely do another reservation in Country Inn. The type of breakfast food. I wish if they would do mor variery. But still, the hotel is perfect.

Plenty of parking. No housekeeping for 6 nights!!! Noisy in the smoking area outside window - at 0200! Internet kept dropping out. Had to keep logging in. Breakfast server kept pouring 1/2 Cups of coffee! Coffee in room was terrible. No coffee in lobby.

Whirlpool in room- friendliness of hotel employee who allowed us a late check out due to an appt at Mayo and Chrystler was very friendly. The lady on Wednesday during the day was NOT so friendly. a¢â‚¬Å“WHOOO said you could have a late check out?!a¢â‚¬Â The lady's attitude behind the front desk on Wednesday. Her and the stains in the toilet in room 219.

Nice staff, decent internet, and good breakfast considering the Covid situation. Bathroom door latch had been kicked in by some previous resident, toilette had iron stains that staff was having a hard time removing, toilette seat would not stay up by itself, and big spider came into room from outside door and down the hallway.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned our room the way we asked. Breakfast was good and there were many choices. This hotel is an easy shot to Mayo. Nothing. I would stay here again.

Staff was very accommodating and very polite. Location was very nice. Pool was warm and open 24 for adults. The cleanness of the hotel was less than average. Rooms were a nice but had a slight smell of mold. We noticed a small mess on stairs on Friday and was still there on Sunday when we checked out.
