Excelente hotel muito próximo de nova Iorque..

Eu não posso nem dar uma estrela. Vocês têm uma localização tão ótima perto do shopping e do estádio do Giants, por que não cuidam desse lugar. É suposto ser para não fumadores e o quarto e os corredores cheiravam a fumo. Não eram apenas cigarros, mas também maconha. Asma agora está com problemas. Para piorar, havia baratas na sala. Minha esposa não conseguia dormir e era tarde demais para ir para outro lugar. Nunca mais! Eu só entendo como você está aberto. Eu viajo para todos os lados e nunca fiquei em um lugar com baratas !!!! A mídia precisa ser informada. Não é apenas nojento, mas também é um problema médico! Baratas e fumaça de cigarro contribuem para um ataque de asma !!!! Como você pôde dormir a noite !!!

O hotel está muito desatualizado. Estou velho e nunca tinha visto o tipo de fogão que eles têm. Eu não ficaria lá de novo, mesmo se eles me pagassem. A única coisa boa é que eles têm pisos de vinil.

Ni siquiera puedo darle una estrella. Ustedes tienen una excelente ubicación cerca del centro comercial y del estadio de los Giants, ¿por qué no cuidar el lugar? Se supone que es para no fumadores y la habitación y los pasillos olían a humo. No solo se trataba de cigarrillos, sino también de marihuana. El asma ahora se estaba volviendo loco. Para empeorar las cosas, había cucarachas en la habitación. Mi esposa no podía dormir y era demasiado tarde para ir a otro lugar. ¡Nunca más! Solo entiendo cómo estás abierto. Viajo por todo el lugar y nunca me alojé en un lugar con cucarachas. Los medios deben estar informados. ¡No solo es repugnante, sino que también es un problema médico! ¡Las cucarachas y el humo del cigarrillo contribuyen a un ataque de asma! ¡¡¡Cómo pudiste dormir por la noche !!!

The hotel is very outdated. I'm old and had never seen the type of stove they have. I wouldn't stay there again even if they paid me. The only good thing is they have vinyl floors.

I can’t even give it one star. You guys have such a great location near the mall and Giants stadium, why not take care of the place. It’s supposed to be non-smoking and the room and hallways smelled like smoke. It was not only cigarettes, but also marijuana.Asthma now acting up. To make it worse there were roaches in the room. My wife could not sleep and it was too late to go somewhere else. Never again! I just understand how you are open. I travel all over the place and I never stayed at a place with roaches!!!! The media needs to be informed. It’s not only disgusting but it’s also a medical issue! Roaches and cigarette smoke contribute to an asthma attack!!!! How could you sleep at night!!!

O estacionamento e a entrada tinham garrafas vazias e lixo. A pessoa da recepção estava atrás da parede. Tive que chamá-la para ser atendido. Ela não conhecia o hotel e não sabia ao certo onde ficava o elevador. O corredor precisava ser aspirado e cheirava a fumaça. Ao entrar no quarto o cheiro era mais forte. O banheiro estava pior, como se estivesse saindo pelo respiradouro. Saímos e voltamos às 10:45. Ainda não havia ninguém no balcão. Estávamos pensando em vestiários, mas temíamos que o próximo quarto fosse pior. Graças a Deus é apenas uma noite de estadia.

Não tínhamos água quente em nosso quarto e fomos informados de que "o hotel está cheio, é por isso. Tente deixar a água correr por cerca de 10 minutos. Avance 12 horas e agora estamos de volta ao nosso quarto, certamente há água quente. Não! Tentei ligar para a recepção para reclamar, mas há um curto é o monofone do telefone. Eu usaria o elevador e desceria cinco andares até o escritório, mas fomos informados quando voltamos ao hotel depois de um longo dia, que o elevador está fora de serviço. Só fomos informados disso após esperar cinco minutos pelo seu retorno ao primeiro andar. Queríamos economizar algum dinheiro, foi o que fizemos, mas agora estamos desperdiçando água tentando esquentá-la, embora a água da pia da cozinha esteja saindo da torneira. Estaremos saindo com aquele dinheiro valioso no bolso, mas seremos fedidos.

The parking lot and entry way had empty bottles and trash. The front desk person was hanging out behind the wall. Had to call her to be serviced. She was not familiar with the hotel and was not sure where the elevator was. The hallway needed to be vacuumed and smelled like smoke. Upon entering room the smell was stronger. The bathroom was worse as if it was coming through the vent. We left and came back at 10:45om. There still wasn’t anyone at the counter. We were thinking about changing rooms but were fearful the next room would be worse. Thank goodness it is only a one night stay.

We had no hot water in our room and were told that “the hotel is full so that’s why. Try letting the water run for like 10 minutes. Fast forward 12 hours and now we are back in our room, surely there is hot water. Nope! I tried calling the front desk to complain but there is a short is the handset of the phone. I would use the elevator and go down five floors to the office, but we were informed when we came back to the hotel after a long day, that the elevator is out of order. We were only informed of this after waiting five minutes for it to return to the first floor. We wanted to save some cash, that we did, but now we are wasting water trying to warm it up, even though the kitchen sink water is boiling out of the tap. We will be leaving with that valued cash in our pocket, but we will be stinky.

Foi ótimo! Preço super barato e a suíte era muito agradável. Não é super luxuoso, mas se você está com orçamento limitado e não é exigente, é excelente para o preço!
