Staff was friendly and room was nice. Location was great for ease of access to the freeway. The low flow flush on the toilet did work great and the bath tub didn't drain.

We liked having the full size refrigerator. It did not feel clean, noisy halls and noise in the upstairs hallway. Hallways were dirty (not vacuumed) with debris all over the floor.

location I stayed here as a Mayo patient during Covid-19. The room was obviously not cleaned or sanitized between guests, with stains and a full garbage. Bed was broken, wifi was unusable. No masks or social distancing enforced. Other guests were partying in halls

Yes in the bathroom was dirty there was dirt on the floors and the carpet was not vacuumed well. And that room was supposed to be handicapped and it was not.

The hotel was a basic hotel at a good price. The room was clean and quiet. It was nothing fancy, but was comfortable and got a good night's sleep. The breakfast is limited, we basically had coffee, muffins, and a granola bar, but that was fine for us. Nothing. I knew what I was getting and it met those needs. If I needed more I could have paid more elsewhere.

The Staff was so friendly and the best I have seen! Hotel employee was so easy to work with and made it fun to chat with him each day. I saw other guests visiting with the staff and they all were greeted politely, and questions and concerns handle immedia As I shared at check in I would not recommend them having guests in 116 unless the building was full. Being located close to the lobby is nice, but unfortunately, also very loud.

Staff was nice and friendly. Good place to stay while going to the Mayo Clinic. Everything was pretty good. Not a 5 star hotel but fit our needs for just an overnight stay.
