Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Pool is small but very nice. Went to the pool in the morning and there were not very many towels left, however, I assume they erre getting around to restocking them. Breakfast had good options including Oat milk for the cereal which you don't often come across at these types of breakfasts so I appreciated that!

Very clean and very friendly staff. Nice size room and not like some other major hotels TV channels were available without using your own account on their system. Pool is bit cold and would have refilled toiletries before guests arrived. They fixed most very quickly but could improve. I will go back again.

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express Welland. The hotel is new and very well equipped. So impressed with the accessibility of the pool. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nathan for giving a warm, friendly and fast check in. Next time I'm in the region I definitely plan on staying here again.

The room was very nice. A chair in the room would be better than a lounger. Comfortable bed with great pillows. The free breakfast was great. They had a balcony outside the dining area overlooking a lovely green space and pond.

Great hotel! It’s brand new and has modern finishes. Swimming pool was great and we’ll maintained. Beds were very comfortable and we really loved the choice of soft or firm pillows. It was so helpful to have a laminated TV guide as well. There’s a full hot breakfast in a room off the main lobby and staff take great care to ensure it’s well stocked throughout the morning. The rooms also have a keurig with a selection of coffee, decaf and tea. All for a very affordable price. We had a great stay and would visit again for sure!
