Great location, good free breakfast. Pricey for the quality of the room/hotel. Room was dirty on check-in … urine under toilet seat and hair all on the bathroom floor. Unable to send someone to clean it until room service the next day. So I cleaned it. Manager on check out acknowledged issue and apologized/compensated for it. So that was appreciated. All in all I would stay again if I was In Portland should there be a decent price on rooms.

Very friendly service at three front desk. Room is large and modern, but a tad noisy if you are at the front of the hotel.
Parking is expensive and in the garage next door, so not ideal but not bad.

We stayed for 1 night with 5 guests (including 2 kids). We were given 2 bath towels for a room with 2 queen beds. The room had a down duvet and pillows (often standard these days). After 2 requests to the front desk/housekeeping for more towels and some non-feather pillows for our allergic crew, we gave up around 10
pm and shared 2 towels and slept on the 2 pillows we had without feathers. The shower was very moldy and the shower curtain made us want to take the fastest showers ever! We traded in Hyatt points for this night and are glad that we did not pay good money. Portland is charming, and maybe we just had an off-room on an off-night for service, but it wasn’t a good experience for our large group.

Nice place to stay in Portland. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was parking, which was in a deck around the corner. We got in after dark and got turned around coming out of the deck and took the long way around in the pouring rain. Other than that, was a great stay.

I stay in the old port in February's as it's my husband's birthday month and all his friends live that way. This time around my husband had surgery in the early morning so we booked with them because we're loyal and they've always been wonderful.
They are not taking covid protocols seriously in their rooms. Upon arrival I went to put his dinner in the fridge - so it didn't spoil and found a half drank chardonnay bottle, food and other goods. I then noticed there were drink rings on the night table that looked sticky. When I went down to the front desk there was no one to be seen so I waited it out for someone to come out. Finally someone came out and addressed my concerns. He told me he couldn't give me chemicals to clean my room which I completely understand. Instead he gave me a cloth dosed in chemicals. Honestly, I shouldn't have to clean my own room when it should already be cleaned!
I'm very disappointed.
