O quarto não estava bem limpo. As paredes tinham todos os tipos de manchas, assim como cabelos grudados na parede. O banheiro estava constantemente entupido e tinha coisas pegajosas no vidro antes de entrar no chuveiro. Não parecia que eles realmente limparam o quarto. Como não fazer uma limpeza completa durante o COVID?Você também tem que pagar um depósito de $ 100 em dinheiro, que NÃO menciona no site.Costumava ser um bom hotel há cerca de um ou dois anos, mas agora está piorando rapidamente. Escolha outro lugar, por favor!
Pequeno hotel agradável. Café da manhã: além de cereais e omelete, uma costeleta de hambúrguer e bacon são oferecidos. Frutas são adicionadas oportunamente. Na recepção, há sempre água fria e adoçada com suco de limão. Quartos e camas neles: tradicionalmente, em grande porte americano. Enorme tv. Contras: não há isolamento acústico completamente. Todo o corredor e a chegada do elevador são ouvidos.
Over the years, I've stayed in many motels and hotels - from 5-star resorts to seediest motels that leave you with a sense of guilt for staying. Never really had much of an issue during any of my stays, even at the motels that I didn't really expect much from. If I did have an issue it was minor. So to encounter as many issues I had at the Laquinta Inn in Downtown Baltimore was a bit of a shock.Now before I go any further let me explain a few things:#1 - I understand that we are in a pandemic and many businesses are doing their best to stay open. Some businesses may be short-handed because they may have had to lay-off employees or cut back hours.#2 - No, I did not call management to "fix" or correct any of the issues I had encountered. In order for me to give an unbiased and honest review, I felt I had to let this scenario play out just to see how much worse it can get. When you go into a hotel, there are some things that are expected. The bare minimum is that the room and building are clean.So let's get into it!The first glaring problem was my initial encounter with management/front desk staff. There is a sign on the door that explains that masks are required when entering the building. Well, the front desk person who also happens to be one of the hotel managers was not wearing a mask, did not disinfect their hands nor was there any type of protective shield at the front desk. One would think that a business that has people coming in from unknown locations would take the necessary precautions to protect themselves, their employees, and guests.Around the corner from the front desk is the dining area. One of the amenities listed was breakfast. However, breakfast fell victim to the pandemic and the dining area was closed. There was no indication online that this would be the case nor did the desk manager tell me while checking in. There was a sign posted though.In this same dining area, there was a fish tank however there were no fish and the tank made seen better days. I assume the fish got hit hard by the pandemic as well. If they weren't going to keep the tank clean, they should've at least drained it.My room looked nice enough but upon closer inspection, it appeared to have not been cleaned properly. The shower doors had hard water stains and the vent in the ceiling had water stains around it.As far as towels and washcloths, my room only had two towels and no washcloths.The next thing to inspect was the bed. Hairs all over and stains on the sheets were not a good sign. Also, the pillows looked wrinkled and used as if they weren't even swapped out and the pillowcases were not changed after the previous guest.This was just day one.Day two didn't fare any better. My intention was to see if housekeeping would even show up. Housekeeping did, but to my dismay, they had only done one thing and that one thing they did wrong.So prior to me leaving the morning of my second day, I balled up the sheets and left them in the middle of my bed. I also made sure to leave my bathroom door open with the light on and used the towels out to be seen. I had to use one towel as a bath rug.Upon leaving, I did see housekeeping in the hallway. It was very peculiar that they had a basket of sheets, but no pillowcases, pillows, or blankets. I wanted to assume that they may keep those things in a closet somewhere and grab them when they need them, however, what happened when I returned later in the day disproved that assumption.So, that balled-up mass of sheets and covers made its way back onto my bed. Housekeeping did change the sheets. It was apparent as soon as I walked into the room. First glance at the bed and I could see how wrinkled the covers and sheets were. When I pulled back the sheets there was hair like unexpected. The confirmation came when I saw the same stained sheet. What about the bathroom? Absolutely nothing was touched.Pretty much things stayed the same the whole 4 days I stayed.

Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Walls had all kinds of stains on them as well as hair that was stuck on the wall. Toilet was constantly clogged and had sticky stuff on the glass before entering the shower. Didn’t appear that they actually cleaned the room. How can you not do a thorough cleaning during COVID? You also have to pay a $100 deposit in cash, which they DONT mention on the website. Used to be a good hotel about a year or two ago but now it’s going downhill fast. Choose elsewhere please!
Ótima localização e pechincha, porém não possuem nenhuma carta ou qualquer tipo de notificação avisando que seu quarto foi totalmente higienizado. Aparentemente, eles não verificam as condições dos quartos com frequência, porque o atendente da manhã na recepção não sabia que o painel interno na parte inferior estava quebrado. Tente também obter um quarto interno porque o barulho da rua pode incomodá-lo. Eu ficaria novamente, sim, se houver outra tempestade de neve porque eu preferiria estar seguro do que dirigir para casa.
Excelente ubicación y ganga, sin embargo, no tienen cartas ni ningún tipo de notificación para informarle que su habitación ha sido completamente desinfectada. Aparentemente, no verifican el estado de las habitaciones a menudo porque el asistente de la mañana en la recepción no sabía que el panel interior en la parte inferior estaba roto. También trate de conseguir una habitación interior porque el ruido de la calle puede molestarle. Me quedaría de nuevo, sí, si hay otra tormenta de nieve porque prefiero estar seguro que conducir a casa.
Great location and bargain, however they do not have any letters our any type of notification letting you know that your room has been throughly sanitized. They apparently don't check the condition of the rooms often because the morning attendant at the front desk was unaware the the inside pane on the bottom was busted. Also try to get an inside room because the street noise may bother you. Would I stay again yes, if there is another snow storm because I would rather be safe than drive home.
They don't provide any notification to let you know if the room has been sanitized like other Laquinta's. The room was small but it served its purpose and was a good bargain during the snowstorm.
The room was dirty, carpet sticky, shower did not work properly. The front desk clerk is an angel. The management is not right for the hotel. They have a policy of writing down the credit card number then placing it in an unsecured box on the front desk.....not mine....charge was already out of my account.... told them I could talk to management in the am. There was $100 deposit not listed on the site. Room was to be inspected before deposit was returned. Management said it was because of the character of the neighborhood. The manager said I needed to call wyndham before booking to make sure there were no fees. No parking or help with parking (partner garage/valet). If the rate had been refundable or pay at hotel, I would have drove to another property after the deposit issue. I paid it, dropped my gear in the room and went to a meeting, I returned to a mess on further inspection. The property is nice and has potential to be a very nice hotel. The attitude of the management let me know where the issues are. There was no understanding or attempt to understand. I was another character of the neighborhood, (I actually was there on business) If they treat me like this, I can imagine how they treat the employees and others that fit my "Character".

Boa Nice Petit hotel no centro de Baltimore com pessoas ainda mais agradáveis. A uma curta distância do centro de convenções de Baltimore. Embora um pouco no lado menor, mas ele embala todas as necessidades em uma localização muito boa a um preço muito competitivo.
No entro a valorar el Hotel sino el servicio. Al marchar mi hijo dejo olvidado un reloj al lado de la cama, llame cuando no había pasado ni 1 hora y lo único que hicieron después de 2 llamadas fue darnos largas para llamar al día siguiente. Al día siguiente el personal era otro y no sabían nada del reloj. Total se quedaron el reloj. ☹️
El hotel esta bien.Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias.El barrio no es muy bueno por eso quiza el precio sea economico,aunque mi nieto olvido un reloj de precio y no pudimos recuperarlo.
Good Nice Petit hotel in Downtown Baltimore with even nicer people. Within walking distance of Baltimore convention centre. Though a bit on the smaller side but it packs all the necessities at a very good location at a very competitive price.
En las fotos publicadas parece ser un lugar más grande. La cama es comoda, el baño es amplio y la ducha agradable. La habitación es pequeña.El desayuno típico americano, no mucha variedad. Queda cerca a lugares turisticos, pero sus alrededores no son muy lindos. Es un hotel justo para hacer turismo.
Me quede por dos noches. Los dos dias en donde me quede disfrute del desayuno gratis y el centro de ejercisios. Los empleados eran muy amables.
Muy mala la administración nos cobraron dos veces, la primera cuando hicimos la reserva por Internet 523 dólares y cuando nos chek in, 399 dólares, sin darnos cuenta porque no dan recibo ni factura, solamente nos dimos cuenta cuando revisamos el banco.
Excelente servicio, instalaciones muy cómodas. Lo recomiendo
