A cadeia de hotéis da Premier inn é uma excelente opção. Qualidade preço está excelente. Este este em particular, surpreendeu me pela positiva. Se puder reservar um quarto com vista para o mar, é fantástico. O quarto é enorme. Confortável, muito limpo, o atendimento é muito bom, sempre disponível para ajudar o cliente se sentir mais confortável. O lugar de garagem é subterrâneo, se tiver sorte há lugar, senão a opção é fora, na estrada.

A cama era confortável e tivemos uma boa noite de sono, mas a parede acima da cama estava muito empoeirada (destacada pela luminária roxa de marca) e o lençol e a capa de edredom estavam marcados. Dada a pandemia e o aumento da sensibilidade em relação à limpeza, isso não nos deu grande confiança na limpeza. Por último, a recepcionista no check-in estava usando metade da máscara facial de forma que seu nariz ficasse exposto. Eles estavam quase sempre atrás de uma tela. Tivemos uma bela vista do mar, mas pensaria duas vezes antes de reservar novamente.

It's premier Inn.. it's ok - I guess it was more or less as expected. Very basic. No real complaints, staff pretty helpful actually - some reviews seemed to suggest otherwise. Got only one towel and had to ask for more pillows but other than that it was fine.

Bed was comfortable and we did get a good night's sleep, but the wall above the bed was very dusty (highlighted by the on-brand purple uplight) and the bed sheet and duvet cover were both marked. Given the pandemic and heightened sensitivity towards cleanliness, this did not give us great confidence in the cleaning. Lastly, the receptionist at check in was half-wearing their face mask such that their nose was exposed. They were mostly behind a screen though. We did have a nice sea view but would think twice before booking again.

Arrived to find big queue to check in so my husband checked in on machine and got key.Went to our room to find our bed made in the most strange way .I took photos and complained to manager he said that the bed was made and it was because we sat on the bed .House keeping couldnt come back in as we were already in there. He did say that housekeeping had been done so what could I do .I never like to complain ,and have stayed in many premier Inns but never like this one.The receptionist tried her best to help and was very friendly.

I stop at Premier Inn across the country in my work and appreciate things are not the same at the moment however I was not impressed with this visit due to room not being cleaned very well, no toilet paper in bathroom and a rather bossy staff member telling customers off for being 5 mins late arriving for their breakfast slot. It may just be them having a bad day as the service is usually very good.

stayed here for 3 night from the 22nd august upon arrival we was told we have to wait a hr for our room which was not a problem when getting in the room we had no mobile connection to our service providers and Internet when using the free Internet it wouldnt work and when it did work it would cut out about 10 minutes after as anyone travelling with kids should kmow that internet is a must, when asking if we could eat breakfast in our room due to my childs medical needs i was told no and that id have to book. When asking if there was any room service as we noticed one of the staff taking food up in a lift we was told no. Or room veiw was lovley and the room was somewhat clean. Theres not much to do near by unless u like shopping. We wouldnt say it was our worst holiday but we wont be returning
